    I discovered your website a couple years ago. I appreciate your content. Everything you all make looks amazing. I'm too lazy to make a lot of it but I did make your hot and sour soup once and it was perfect. Glad to see video tutorials.

    It's perfectly fine to baste a thin layer of using the raw chicken marinade. The temperatures are hot enough to kill salmonella within seconds.

    Uh this video acompanies an article with all the ingrediants.
    But it then just says "the marinade"
    Qhat are quantities of all these powerfull ingrediants??

      the sugar we call for is just enough to get it shiny and sweet and in the corners of the chicken it might get a little charred but it shouldn't burn.
