I love Krishnamurti
It is maybe also related to the urge of taking a photo of that moment and ensurimg the "repeatability" of it again in the future while losing the attention in the moment. Besides, generally such a photo is not looked again since it does not give the same quality of witnessing to that moment

he goes very root of the cause and effect. But we still clinging to thought, we are not able to see, not able to understand, it takes lots of awareness to know it. Those who never tried never sought, for them its out of understanding.

What is the origin of thought ?
Exposure. One should devolop the discriminative capacity to decide on which all things the self should get exposed and not. Otherwise we end up again and again in this experience thought pleasure pain regret loop forever in different forms and names.

I don't think it's thought instead it's the desire which is responsible for pleasure and fear. If u get your desire fulfilled, good otherwise fear and sadness. even the animal have the sense of pleasure and pain. A dog is always happy to see his master when the master comes home. I am sure dogs certainly don't have thoughts like we humans have. A dog certainly has the desire to see his master. Thinking is for the intellectual beings. On the other hand thoughts can make one feel happy and sad.
