Thank you for your instruction! I know there are many different teachings out there, especially for Mozart, but I have learned that when you are coming from the note above you don't actually re-articulate that note for a trill (example would be measure 58). You're already on the E so you would just play the D trill from the D. And just a hint..for the B to C# trill in measure 92, you can also use your first trill key.
that is great, sadly Im only in 7th grade, and there is NO way i could play all that! maybe when Im better.
Don't be discouraged, keep up practicing and you get there sooner than you expect ;)
Just practice you will get there eventually !
don’t worry! you have all the time in the world 💕
So, are you playing yet? I'll be you sound great, 3 yrs later!
Adorei ❤️ muito obrigado
In 9:23 I think they must use the C# trill key if they have one
I didn't know about the thrills starting in the note above. thanks

very well
Wow nice head piece... mine is just silver lol
Alex Myers same lmao
I played the flute a little in 7th grade but since our band teacher left on maternity leave we didn't get another year with her. I have to learn everything all over again, including reading sheet music. Does anyone have any recommendations on how to get into classical flute music as a beginner :)
Of course! Please, ask your questions to our current flute expert Erin, she'll be happy to answer you: www.virtualsheetmusic.com/experts/erin/
I’m only in 6th grade but I’m self teaching myself even tho I’m in band
Just a question : can we start the trilles from the above note in all Mozart's pieces or just this concerto ?
Starting the trill from the note above was common in baroque/classical music, so basically, trills in any repertoire from that time (think Haydn, Bach, Mozart, etc.) should start from the note above. So yes, all Mozart pieces. Hope that helps!
I was waiting for G Major. I did not notice the Title.I just saw ''How to play Mozart's Flute Concerto'' And I was like, Oh Finally!! My favorite.!! But Now I am sad.I going for listening G Major Concerto From Emmanuel Pahud...
Thanks
