Only issue I have is that the guns are wrong. If I remember correctly, the Eviscerator didnt have octuple barbette turbolasers. Although the guns on it have six barrels per turret, im pretty sure that was what he was going for. But if you look at the model in the game when you fight across the ship, it has the dual turbolasers of an ISD 1. Other than that though, its a brilliant model.
Finally, there's an Imperial II-class!! Love how they tried to do the eight barrel main turrets, despite only fitting six, still appreciate the efforts on that. Those octo-barbartee main turrets or whatever they are called is actually my favourite part of the ship design.
The instructions can be found here: www.brickvault.toys/products/imperial-star-destroyer Also the 2.0 version is now out and you can see the update video here: th-cam.com/video/5lOJGSTvWOk/w-d-xo.html
I love how studless all yalls builds are. It obviously takes more money but the end result is perfect. Some say it doesn’t look like lego but the grooves and specialized pieces still give it that lego look
How do these Star Destroyer MOCs keep getting better? Insane. Seeing all the detail in this and knowing how many pieces other MOCs have, I could’ve sworn it would go over 20k pieces, but apparently it doesn’t. What a beautiful model.
I love the idea of a micro scale battle taking place around this ship. Something you should definitely consider expanding on by adding some other larger rebel and imperial ships that are still small enough to be stuck on. Would be a great showcase for micro scale mocs.
Wow, that is incredible! Never thought there is going to be a LEGO Star Destroyer as good as Jeracs, but there it is. And that in such a small scale. One of the best LEGO Star Wars MOCs ever!
You guys should do a star destroyer collaboration with doom handle You make the exterior He makes the interior The result: the greatest lego model to ever grace this god forsaken earth
I do want the 2019 LEGO UCS Star Destroyer someday off of BrickLink or a local used LEGO store, but whenever I've enough money, hopefully I will buy the instructions and the pieces to this masterpiece! Amazing work @BrickVault and @2mpaired!
Cool thing about this is that this ship never appeared in the Star Wars movies but is still in Legends and was mentioned in Rogue Squadron, it’s cool seeing these background ships brought into Canon in Star Wars Battlefront 2
@@Foofi.e Usually for starwars ships there's minimal structural support, the hull of the ships themselves seems to be sufficient for the most part. In the case of Lego it would probably be best just to flesh out key sections (Hangar, bridge, barracks, mess hall, engine room, and some corridors.) Most of which could be accessed by removing plates and panels
@@JM64 I undestand this, however, this would be extremely difficult for lego to provide both a strong superstructure while giving a pleasing interior without losing some stability of the overall set, along with the extra wait from the interior would force the superstructure to be built even sturdier thus leading to a high piece countage, which Lego would most likely consider being too expensive as this could easily force a UCS set of such a grand size to cost over 1000 in whichever currency.
@@Foofi.e I built the Eclipse-class Star Destroyer by Jorstad Designs with full interior and it stays strong now for 1,5 years. It's roughly the same size as the other Star Destroyers shown in the video but with around 10k bricks. It's totally possible.
umm pretty sure thats literally impossible seeing as the star destroyer in cannon is over a mile long a mini fig scaled would be about the size of a boeing give or take. even if there were the microfigs it would still be ridiculously huge
The fact that people who dont work for lego can make better lego models then people who make sets for a living is wild, y’all should submit this to lego
I get how this is obviously more expensive than the sets lego releases but I find it kind of sad how official lego sets sometimes have huge gaps and "unfinished looking" areas even when they resell at a price of over 500. They don't need to be AS detailed and huge as these models but it's obviously possible to make seamless models if you do it custom. I don't get why it's seemingly not possible for lego to do the same thing in their sets. For example in this model the backside of the cockpit is amazing. A very intricate and difficult shape that is yet flawlessly closed up on every side. While in the official model this would be full of gaps etc. Long story short, this model is absolutely gorgeous in every possible way :)
Great work as always. I kinda hope not many people build it, though. A few of these in circulation would probably dry up continental supplies of light bluish gray pieces. >_

I really love this build...but I do think a little color would really high light the detail. Not being critical love it but just bring your eyes to the detail.
Wanted to point it out that the ship built is an imperial 2 SD like you state but just wanted to point out since it's debated in battlefront; the eviscerator you board at the end of the game, Admiral Versio's flagship actually is an imperial 2 SD with dual turbolaser cannon turrets from an Imperial 1 SD instead of the Octuple Turbolasers standard on Imperial 2. It's weird from the game because I feel like the person(s) that worked on the game made this mistake and now it's just confusing everyone, but yeah...that's a thing lol
