2:47 The thing is, Rockstar doesn't really do "cinematic CGI" trailers like other companies. GTA 5 and RDR2's trailers were all in-engine and looked pretty much the same or comparable to the final game version. They could have added some enhancements for the trailer, but this is pretty much what the game is expected to look like in 2 years.
Nope you’re not right cause rdr2 first cinematic trailer looked so different than the games version, the games version was sharper and cleaner looking also the lips of Arthur Morgan in rdr2 when he was talking was more realistic while in the trailer it looked like jello
@@User12002 Wrong trailer. That wasn't the case for RDR2 Actual first trailer. The one released a year prior to the one you're talking about, which is the RDR2 equivalent to this GTA 6 trailer. RDR2's first trailer is the same format as GTA 6, only focusing on the environment graphics and teasing the characters (you don't see Arthur's except for his back). And yes, it did look essentially the same as the final game graphically, as well as better than the second trailer. Also you're completely exaggerating about the second trailer looking bad. I'm rewatching it rn, and for every 1 weird looking shot there's about 4 others that look fine and like the final game.

the game will definitely look like that :) you can definitely see many many graphical imperfections in the trailer, like hair aliasing, LODs, screen space reflection artifacts, that all points to the footage being actual in game cutscenes and gameplay! which is just all that more impressive, they are really taking their time with this game to make it the best it can be

For the story in GTA 6 Rockstar has mentioned they took inspiration for the 2 main characters of the infamous criminal couple Bonnie and Clyde. Then a EX-Rockstar developer has said the graphics you see is what you will get. Also to the point of if there is some "serious" GTA games. Yeah GTA 4 i would say was really "serious" game that kind of gave me depression XD. Not that it's bad, just a serious kind of sad story with not goofing around, just fucked up stuff. a character named Niko with ptsd and other stuff from war in the balkans where he tells story about real fucked up stuff that happen there. A man who wants revenge but question is what, not if, but what is he willing to lose in order to get revenge?
You've heavily missed the satire and humor in GTA4 if you think there was no "goofing around" in GTA4. It's got dark moments and hints at real world fucked up stuff but it's not a very emotionally sad story whatsoever. It's just dark. Every character in that game is a satire of the stereotypes we have and the state of America back then. That's it. Maybe you're too sensitive to dark stuff

The gameplay trailer Will not be out until the game is close to coming out. Rockstar have done this with RDR1, LA Noire, Maxpayne3, GTA5 and RDR2. With games like Manhunt and Bully they had gameplay in the first trailers for those games. Looking at the GTA6 leaks its seems to be like Maxpayne 3 Mixed with a bit RDR2.
GTA has always been a satire of American culture. That being said, America lately has lived up to satire to the point that the depiction will probably be 1:1

New York will be seen as more gritty than LA, but GTAIV still had plenty of silly good natured fun, and Nico was deadpan funny trying to be serious. There's plenty to see from GTAVI that it will be the silliest entry yet despite the duo with a job to do.

If you live in Florida, There are lots of easter eggs you've missed in GTA 6, Yes the girl twerking at the highway, the Alligator in the pool and alligator raiding at walmart, Florida dirtbag biker parade i think, the florida guy naked outside the lawn, the naked guy chased by the cops at the gas station, Karen with two Hammer in florida (right?), people partying at the boat, the arrest of Florida Joker. And many more.
When Rockstar purs out trailers for games, that quality is what we get in the game. If we don't get this that will be a change from past trailer/games so this is likely what we can expect. Not I won't rule out the possibility of cloud computing to maximize detail. Or this could be running on a Playstation 5 Pro type device. A PC version hasn't been announced.

10 years in the making! How do games manage to take this long. I did like the trailer, and I like the idea of playing the game. But, what are we actually getting I have to ask. For a 10 year wait I'm expecting a bit more than some rip off of Cyberpunk, or a rehash of Red Dead Redemption.
I watched the trailer yesterday.In general, I have grown out of the series for a long time though I liked the Vice City part. I also played San Andreas, but that was the last part I played.
