This house is literally down the street from me. I pass by it everyday. I see the beautiful lights at night. I always wanted to see the inside. Wow freaking amazing.

I've met people from Florence, there has to be mercury in the water supply or something. That house isn't worth $25K after any potential buyer actually talks to anybody from that town.
Really now? And since you have met “people” from “that town” it makes you an expert on Florence SC and ALL of its residents? Not to mention an appraiser, of course. 😂 People make me laugh with these generalizations and judgements.
