I've only one doubt, During OFF condition positive extends through A coil and B coil but why only B coil gets picked up?

Because B coil is getting negative .

Both coil A & B gets picked up in pre close condition. In post close condition, only coil A picks up.
Coil C picks up when any of A OR B coil are energized.
