Dear Brother, thanks for making such a useful videos. If one has little bit experience can also be able to gain knowledge from you. In running plants or unit went for shutdown every one can't get access to protection system. In this channel you are sharing your knowledge and experience , thank once again for your efforts. Some of your subscribers may discourage due to lack of their experience in the relevant field/ language problem , pl don't bother. We are enjoying your videos, pl go ahead.
What will be happen if the drop voltage which supplied the A& B coils became near the nominal voltage as the series resistances value became not stable or failed? Maybe tripping coil of c.b will operate. Or ? What will happen?
Also, I am facing the issue for transformer 33kv c.b was opening many times during load without any indication, is that has relation to TCS or not ? Plz advise
Can u explain in 110v dc system how we getting 55v posetive to earth or negative to earth.(normally we ge 110v between + to- .then how geting 55v respect to earth) How getting return path when any erth fault occure in 110v dc system
The DC battery system is to be kept ungrounded normally to avoid leakages. In battery charger, the mid point of the battery cell system is earthed via a high resistance.(Equivalent to not grounding the dc system). This will help you get the +55 V when you test betwen a positive point in the circuit and the earth. Likewise is the case with the -ve and earth. i.e, the return path is via the earthed high resistor.
It will cause in TC burn out as the Post Close Supervision path will have a trip supply from the Master Trip relay in the event of a fault. So, after the breaker is opened, the Trip supply will directly come to the TC and it will remain there continuously causing TC burn out. Also, your post close and preclose TC healthy indication will not b available.
@@baranitech & @kapil prasad Coil "C" will pick up only when Trip coil open or DC supply fail only. During intermittent time , that is CB open to close or open to close - Coil "C" will not pick up , because the coil "C" ( contact ) have inherent delay for Pick up. Hence no alarm will not come during transaction period .
@@baranitech Coil C ( Contact) have inherent Pick up delay. Hence coil 'C" never pickup during CB operation transaction period. pre close and post close wire ko agar aap breaker end pe change karte hai to kuch problem nahi hoga agar aap TCS relay me change karte hai to TC coil burn ho jayega fault condition me breaker off hone ka baad usse hamesha +ve milte rahega.tc burn ho jayega.

A Coil is for Post Close Supervision of Trip Coil. B Coil is for Pre Close Supervision of Trip Coil. If A coil or B coil picks up, the C coil will pick up.
Thank you Sir for sharing great additional knowledge for me being working in the Oil Gas Refinery. God bless you more
thank you and most welcome
Thanks a lot. One of the best videos for Electrical Engineers.
your most welcome
You explanation is very simple and knowledgeable. Any body a bit electrical knowledge can learn.
Thanks and welcome

very well explained....to the point...
thank you
Super bro keep going
Thank you so much
Super Anna.... Ur explanation are really good
Very good explanation sir..
Thanks and welcome
Thankyou sir it's helpful
Very Nice Sir !! Really I learned about TCS Relay !! Thanks a lot !!
So compact study. Thanks.
Welcome
Excellent work 👍
thank you
Nice video brother. Very helpful keep up the good work!!! Kudos!!
Thanks,
Good job sir
Thanks
Explained very nicely.
Please share video of LBB protection.

Thanks you so much Sir 🙏🙏
Super anbu
thank you
Excellent explanation!! Can we get more videos about configuring and parameterizing relays?
Thanks, you are best teacher
Excellent explained
Sir your explanation is very good.I have one request plz make series wise all video and explain in english. Thanks
Useful momentz thankz alot do you have VAX31ZG0750BA model wiring diagram
welcome , i will check
Thank you
Can you explain AVR drawing of 300MW Alternator....
i will try to make
Tell us about numerical supervision relays, e.g. avana, jvs etc
yes i will make video
Sir can we connect indication in series with pre close and post close circuit in series with Shunt trip coil, instead of tcs relay
Sir
In case of Preclosing condition, both A& B coil closing??
both coil will get pickup

NO
If resistance failed i.e open circuit. isn't it? in that condition Tcs relay will not work.
If breaker trip continuously TCS showing healthy or not
👍👍👍
Dear bro how to avoid this mal alarm during closing and open because every time it will record fake alarm in scada
we have to make TCS blocking logic during open and closing time bro ..
Brother are you giving training to the engineers through training center?
Relay trip coil ko kitni votage deti hai
approximately it will be 80% but you have to check Pickup and drop test to find this value.
Why are TCS Relay failure reason.
TCS relay indicator not glowing Green or Red.
MAY BE tcs Circuit DC path failure
What will happen if both A and B coils got failed....
It will also account as faulty trip coil .Is it right?
yes
@@baranitech thank you
