You have to show NO open in.series wirh Trip coil. Mistakenly you have shown NC

It shall be NC contact of 94 Relay and it shall be connected in series with CC not TC

Whenever there will be a closing pulse exist 94 relay will energise through its aux no contact of cb which comes to nc position as soon as cb closes, thereby it prevents closing pulse to cb closing ckt...

Nowadays circuit breaker manufacturers are telling that anti pumping relay is in-built function of circuit breaker. So no external anti pumping is not required...
