My name is Lucas Araújo, a specialist in the field of watchmaking, today I'm going to talk about a subject that involves technical analysis for a dive watch, let's go! first the watch needs to meet a technical standard for the watch to be considered a diving watch it needs to have a screw down crown a rotating bezel 60 clicks or 120 clicks whatever the case needs to be at least stainless steel the indexes and pointer and markers need contain light, watertightness 200 meters or 660 feet, the case back must be threaded, the slide rule on the bezel isert contains numerical information to help the diver measure the time left in the oxygen balloon for him to decompress during high diving sea! 
I definitely agree it's not a Casio killer, but, I think I might need to pick up an Addisdive. Of course, it definitely helps that has the Rolex-style "Mercedes" hands.
I had a Yachtmaster homage from Pagani Design. I really liked that watch. I gave it to a friend, who gave it to his son, and he wears it all the time. That being said, with all these Chinese watches coming out of just a few factories, I'm betting this piece will be just as well-made for the price. Thanks for watching!
The Casio isn’t so great. The Addiesdive is much better quality. The duros dial is a stamped piece of crap. And I took mine swimming at the beach and guess what…. Leaked.
The watch nerds have been praising this Casio Duro for years and even the God of the Nerds Bill gates wears one. So I can't see this Addiesdive watch watch taking over anytime soon.
One is a universally respected dive watch from a heritage watch maker and the other is from a Chinese purveyor of intellectual property theft. I think the Duro is safe 🤷♂️

Nothing against Addiesdive, but in this specific matter, I would go with Casio option.
