    Answer: 6S+H
    Axl: 6S+H
    Baiken: 6S+H or 6K+H
    Bedman: 6S+H
    Chipp: 6S+H
    Elphelt: 6S+H
    Faust: 6P+H xx 236S
    I-no: 6H
    Jack-O: 6S+H or 6D
    Jam: 6S+H (Hopefully still true for Revelator)
    Johnny: 6S+H

    As you can see in the list, some characters have command throws that overshadow their normal throw OS, but we’ll only discuss command throws in the future.

      I've watched all of these and can honestly say that my I-no has improved tons since I've started playing her. I'm trying to accomplish the same with Ram but find her execution hard to get to grips with. Nevertheless thanks for the hard work.

    Have you ever made a video on combo theory or just general principles an advance player take across fighting games to create combos via chain routes and combo extension tools? Been trying to make a vid on this myself but I feel I actually don't know enough about the topic since I have only played so few fighting games.

      But one of the advanced topics could be on player state like animation status when airborne and even how some games let you cut short and animation like super dash rejump combos in dbfz

    I'm assuming this option select works for air throws as well? Should be very useful, I've been trying to throw the normal way and failing at it. Made me not want to even bother with throws at all. But this actually makes them worth learning to utilize.

      +thePANDEMlC They do, buy many times you'd rather be holding back to block while trying to throw. Air throws are a different beast altogether.

    While Johnny close S is a good normal and can Catch Jumps , Johnny 6P can also be a good normal to OS with because of it's Invuln and Launching Properties. :3

    Will you be adding what option selects are effective for Answer and Baiken to the description?
    Love these videos, by the way. I made a friend while giving this game a try and I'm in love, despite being my first fighting game.

      Answer 6S+H
      Baiken 6S+H and sometimes 6K+H if you want throw invincibility at the expanse of speed.

    I'll try using more tick throws instead of dash ins. Looks like a safer option.

    What is the throw option select for Kum Haehyun ?
    (I ask that question because I didn't saw her throw option in the description)

    Very nice video, but I don't see anything in the description for Raven. I'm assuming you would either use his command throws (63214S/H) or 6S+H for him?

    Hey thanks for all the Vidz, just asking : May: 623K or 4H
    Means her command grab is the better option, and if you do the front throw no matter if you grab or not the HS will be the better option before 6S/6K/6P right ?
    Also, as i don't really know the stage of GG do you any name of good player making video on May (as GG XRD Rev2 is now live) ?

      It means that midscreen you should focus on her command throw, but sometimes 4H is good. For example when you are cornered and you put the opponent in the corner with it.

      I had this question as well. To make things perfectly clear, you don't recommend using option select with May, and recommend using plain 4H because H is better/faster/whatever than 6S, 6K, 6P, etc? (in a situation where I don't want/ don't have the time to make a OHK I mean. I understood that OHK is better.) So if I want to go for regular throw, I'm still better to do 4H than, say, 4H+K?

      4H+button gives you FD. OHK is usually better than all her offensive 6H+Button options, but when you want to switch sides, 4H is useful.

    Really hope you'll respond even though this is an older video, lol. Why is i-no's 6H her OS? Is her command normal really fast enough, or are u saying she doesn't have a good os

      Also, is i-no's ground throw game terribly weak because she can't run? Her air throw range seems to outclass the rest of the cast. Was that done to compensate?

      5 frame startup and can catch jumps. It's really good.

      She already has great air to ground mixups and land->throw is one of the options.

      just land and throw? so i have to get my enemies scared of my pressure right, because her throw range even makes tick throws kind of wonky (at least from what i've seen), so the most viable thing would probably to get them too scared to push any buttons and just go for a raw throw right?
      I'm coming from an SF background and falling in love with air dashers, but they are very different from SF. Thankfully, both your series are helping immensely.

    Main trouble I'm having is that when I do H+6/4+S I go into FD instead of either Grab or S coming out. Am I doing this wrong?

      +TLOWNSU Yes, there's no OS for back throws, only front throws. The list explains how to do it.

    I've been told/read that Sin os throw is: 6P+HS, 6S+HS, and 6K+HS. Which one is best?

      If you throw with 6H and not 4H you get a good option no matter what happens.

    Do you know how lenient the throw tech window in Revelator is? I'm wondering if it's super tight like it was in AC.

      It's 1 to 2 frames. Unlike other fighters, if you sniff out a throw the option you should go for should circumvent the throw altogether, rather than aim to tech it. Throw teching was just added so certain scramble situations that existed in SIGN, where both players were mashing throw, were normalized a bit.
      Correctly dealing with the situation really depends on whats happening at the immediate moment. If you think your opponent is OS'ing the throw, a safe option is to hold up back and input FD. You'll jump to avoid throw attempt and FD the grounded normal they OS'd with. Unfortunately you don't fully escape using that option, but it gives you a bit more breathing room than before.
      In a more specific situation, say, someone trying to back throw you into the corner, you can go for stronger throw crush options since back throw can't be OS'd. I-No can Vertical Chemical Love, which is airborne frame 1 to avoid throw, and active frame 11, to beat out most 5H's. It also nets her knockdown, letting her start her oki game. If the opponent expects it though you'll eat a conterhit, which can lead to most of your life. So its the balance of risk vs reward.
      Also sorry if you're a veteran player and I expounded shit you already knew for no reason. That'd be my b.

      yeah instead of just doing 4H or going for command grab you can try 4 P-HS even though you wont get the air punish is probably safer

      juliocrivera But they removed the throw-FD option select. You can't do it with 4X+H anymore. Either you get 4P, or 4H/throw. Not an OS.

      +Salman Hannan Whoops. 6S+H was the default written for everyone and we filled in the exceptions. Her command grab should be written instead. It's fixed now.
