I really enjoy the way you two work together learning from each other. Make sure you take good care of those pictures of your Dad. Sadly someday he will be gone and all you will have is memories. I’m 67 and lost my Dad 27 years ago. I can’t believe how many times since then I wish I could have called him or seen him to ask him for his help on something I was having trouble figuring out. On a happier note, happy thanksgiving to both of you and your family .
That's the way things go when you own production equipment. Sounds like you're making the best of maintenance work that will prevent future down time. Go for it. Good Luck with it all.
I noticed the SAW DOCTORIN' Stuff in the back ground. Do you have any videos showing your set up? and mebbe some SMYTHING tips. It has been more than a few years since I hammered a blade, Thank You for doing yer videos.
Well, the bigger pulleys give you more belt contact and we think the 36 gives you a little more torque. It acts like a big flywheel. Thanks for watching
If you are starting your engine and doing your warm-up with your clutch disengaged, then you are running the pilot Bearing excessively. You should start the engine, bump your clutch a couple times to get things rolling, and then engage your clutch, this will allow the pilot shaft and crankshaft to run the same RPM and not eat up your pilot Bearing.
Compliments on your proper shop attire, with your business patch. Casual personalities with professional attitudes. Thanks again and best wishes.

The good part 1. You're working in your shop. 2. Good lighting 3. It's warm 4. You're not lying in the mud.
I was just going to fix a plate of grease! Thanks for the heads up😂😂😂

great video Andruw , we run a 12" to 36" pulley it works great the 36" pulley has lots of weight and helps the HP out.

MM77 Approved 👍🏼 👍🏼…………………………………………………………….. Don’t feel bad, I work in a chemical plant and we run until failure too !! 😳😳
Lol Thanks for watching.
A bearing splitter might have worked better for removing that bushing.
Next time, maybe.
Yea that probably would have worked. We did not have one. Thanks for watching.
One thing is certain, if you own mechanical equipment something will eventually break.
Yea, we are pretty lucky. We haven't had too many breakdowns. Thanks for watching. Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family.
Just a part of running equipement .
Yea that is right. Thanks for watching.
I'm glad you're making progress, Andruw. How about a Bunyan burger?
Bill

Maybe guys your due to do major maintenance on your aging machinery and cleaning up of your yard . . Good luck
Yea, it was due. Thanks for watching.
It's going to be almost brand new. ❤❤
We hope so thanks for watching
Will the different pulleys change the speed of the blade, no sawing but still a good video
No it will still be the same ratio 3 to 1 Thanks for watching
What does using a 36" and 12" pulley combo get you that the 27" and 9" doesn't. They are both the same pulley ratio.
It gets you more belt contact with the pulley ( less belt slippage)
Well, the bigger pulleys give you more belt contact and we think the 36 gives you a little more torque. It acts like a big flywheel. Thanks for watching
Happy thanksgiving
Happy thanks giving to you
How many hours do you have on the 4-71?
2100 on a rebuild. Thanks for watching.

Ok, thanks for the info. We will try that. Thanks for watching.
I agree with Andruw...ham is better...turkey without enough gravy...is like chewing a wad of cotton batten ...yuk
Lol Thanks for watching.
