    This tip helped my team win the game. We were up 1-0 in the 90th minute. The opposing teams striker shot a walloper from outside the box . Ball came flying towards my right post . i made the diving save but gave up a rebound with the other team crashing towards the ball, i quickly got up with the swivel technique and made the second save. thank u for this amazing tip

    Nice!! Most english gk coaches dnt like the swivel but i like using it so much faster

      But in the swivel i think its still a lil bit more faster to get with the cross leg ....the top leg

    I personnally use the swivel when the first ball is below my hips and my first jump is straight to my side. It is natural to swivel. Like the keeper exercise in the video
    I use the knee to chest when i have a high ball that oblige me to jump high to my side. When you fall you dont fall with lots of energy because of gravity. Then i prefer to just stand up with knee to chest
