I like how it was 4th and nine, Bama on the Tennessee 11 yard line with about a minute to go and Saban chooses to run the ball instead of kicking a field goal. Saban doesn't like running a score up for the sake of it. He'd rather turn the ball over on downs. Classy.
jezuzfreek777 He was doing the complete opposite though... A field goal isnt going to run the score up if the alternative is a possible touchdown. Saban is someone who only cares about winning as big as possible. Not interested in mentoring the kids

Christian Rash , Alabama for the 2nd straight year against Clemson played flawless, mistake free football against the Tigers, but this time Clemson overcame their mistakes and still won even though they spotted Bama 14 pts.

Richard Haynes Gary and Verne both hate Alabama. Just listen to their voices and how excited they get when Tennessee gets 2 yards vs the 45 yard run for Hurts.
ya know....take away the two non offensive TD's alabama scored and the 5 offensive TD's alabama scored and this is a MUCH MUCH closer game than the score would indicate.....
based off of how they score and are able to dictate the line of scrimmage pretty much.. their indestructible right now as long as they keep the mindset of NEEDING to get better they should go undefeated
Alabama has no obvious weakness some people might say their secondary because some of the yardage put up by Ole Miss and Arkansas but when you get thrown at as much as they did you're gonna give up some yards and i think its a testament to how good they actually are the can win anyway they can win a shoot out, they can win a low scoring game, they can comeback, or they can just simple destroy teams which is what the normally do. I'm just saying Alabama looks really good they might have to make room in the trophy case pretty soon!
Christian Rash , Bama's did have weaknesses. 1 - lacked depth that was exposed against Clemson, 2 - when it needed a real passing game, they showed they really didn't have one and 3 - they didn't have an answer to Mike Williams. Williams looked like a real grown man playing football against Alabama's secondary. Alabama does indeed typically have very few weaknesses and the ones that do have are rarely exposed. Every team has weaknesses and they had a few more than Clemson and that was the difference.
