The game looks really nice and also quite challenging, especially when it comes to balancing construction and spaces. I hope you bring a good series to this title, I had it on the Whislist too and just picked it up yesterday. In any case, your gameplay helped me get my bearings a bit! It's like Final Fantasy IX, where the world is covered by mist and they have to live on higher places. Man I loved that game!

I hoped some of my favourite YTers will try this game. The teasers looked great.
Another city builder in a similar vein to this one would be Bulwark: Falconeer Chronicles, its more ocean based but you can build really tall which is quite fun.

Small quibble on the story. "Following the harvest" the "crops began to fail". The crops should have already been brought in, right? Because this is after the harvest? I could imagine the harvest rotting in the barns, sure. But.. if they've been harvested, they've already been cut down, right?
The easy fix would be that this takes place just before the harvest. Or that the harvest rotted in the barns. Just the editor in me acting up.
And it could be a translation issue.
That's amusing. One of the characters said, "Stop worrying about minor details." Feels like he was talking to me.
I noticed it too.
The game looks amazing but it's in Early Access so I'll wait a bit.

Personally, I love it. Cut out the number crunching and spare us the painful process of him figuring out what's wrong. Same with how he jumped to after reorganizing the houses.

He lost the game and had to load the autosave and fix the mistake. It seemed like earlier in his gameplay, he wasn't aware at how much it costs to hire spare workers that your city can't yet naturally provide.
Pretty mediocre. Grid layout, mobile-like graphics and gameplay and 0 innovation. Take out the vertical side of things: whats left that hasnt been done before?
