- In this episode of the Try Not To Laugh Challenge, we are teaming up with someone else to make the person in the hot seat laugh! The twist is, we don't know who we are pairing up with or what they have planned.
This video was shot with a very limited crew. All cast & crew followed all CDC and California COVID-19 precautions and filming guidelines.

Never realized how compatible Ian and Tommy’s bits are until this video-they were eerily in sync with their character choices
I felt like Ian was the setup and Tommy was the punchline, the visual comedy and the delivery of "I'll have the wings" was just so god damn on point! Definitely the best bit I've seen so far on the show HAHAHAHA

I loved when Amanda and Shayne came out, the look they gave each other and both perfectly understood the scenario.
The amount of times each pair matched each others energy before they even said a word was incredible.
Amanda is a comedic genius and makes everybody elses skits 100% better

I think Olivia is best when she can feed off someone else. I think she’d be hilarious in this. She struggles solo with a bit that lasts anything longer than her opening line 😂

Amanda is CRACKED at this! I can't wait to see more of her in the future! Also, Shayne's laugh at Tommy and Ian's bit is one of the most genuine, hysterical laughs I've ever heard.
I don't think I've ever seen Shayne laugh as much as he did for Tommy and Ian's bit x) Also Amanda was hilarious, she got that crazy eye ; I hope they'll make her come more often on TNTL. And the concept of blind duos is really good, like it should really become something they do often !

hooters restaurants usually have a sexy nature about them (except in this "brand new hooters" because of Ian & the ventriloquist doll), so the customer nip-slipping (i don't think this was planned by Tommy to happen) added a humorous role reversal on top of the already ridiculous scene. one of the funniest tntl skits ever!

Loved this TNTL!! I have an idea: The TNTL episode where everyone roasted Sarah Whittle was hilarious, as was the one of Shayne “Funeral” on the main Smosh channel. So why not do a TNTL Roast, where instead of the entire episode being about roasting one person, everyone takes turns in the Hot Seat and gets roasted by the others?

for sooooo long, I wanted the duo of Tommy and Shayne. Always thought their sassy humor will hit it off and today I got to see exactly that. They need to pair up on more skits in future TNTLs.

This is such a great format! You really get to see everyone relying on their improv skills and honestly half of the hilarity is just watching the silent communication as the sitter AND both of the performers all try to figure out "What is going on here??"

God, Courtney's gotten so good at these. She went from getting me about half the time to about 80% of the time. Her delivery has improved so much.

I'd love to see TNTL: The Never Ending Story where the first person to perform goes out like normal, but then the next person has to tie their joke into the same universe as the previous one similar to what Tommy likes to do for his skits but once a new person is in the chair, a new story begins

Try Not To Laugh Idea (For the Future):
For each round, everyone writes a skit on a piece of paper and puts it into a hat/bowl. Everyone picks a paper from the hat/bowl and has to make the person sitting down laugh by doing the skit they pick.
