      @@tonypaca3015 ahahahha, You must be new here, he DID try this on a Tesla and on multiple other brand car. And you picked the worst choice possible putting it against a Tesla, with the Heat Pump and Octovalve and software it's an unfair match for the NIO. But as he said with some software update it might get better as did Tesla over time. Also if you watched the entire video he even said he is going to try again with the Tesla Model S Plaid and already think it's going to be better.

      Spoiler alert: Tesla in -21 and -27°C did the trip flawlessly. I had about 500 kW power limit at 10 % SoC near Alvdal where the Nio crawled with 10 kW power limit. And the Tesla received 250 kW even in -20°C.
      Yes, Nio made it to Alvdal and did not shut down. But going uphill doing 50-60 km/h in the 80 km/h limit in daytime with trucks and other cars behind you would not be very cool...

    What about reviews on lower trim level great cars for the family peoples. Now that the Ioniq 5 has a Heat Pump and battery preheating for the 2023 model, it would be nice to have an update for range and charge speed; Also for the new RWD 77 kW model, I think my side windows are thinner then expected and not double pane (Dealer has no answers). Reviews are always for top of the line models and we tend to expect the same kind of trim for lower end models; wind noise level seems to be picking up around 110 km/h but there is no comparisons to make our mind on the difference with such a limited offer on car lots. I live in Canada back country and the RWD gives me surprisingly great results on Snow mode. I also do the overnight charging and cabin preheats on my home 11 kW charger with great results. Lower trim cars Reviews would be much appreciated. Thanks and keep your very good work.

    Charging the et7 is a mystery to me. The one time i was so low on juice i did not dare to preheat i got top notch speed of 127kw (although low its the highest i have ever seen in the et7 and only 3kw away from top speed of 130 kw (i also thought 140 was max but if i Google it, it says 130 everywhere ). Also why cant it heat while charging . It does not seem to ramp up much. If you come in low when charging it stays low. If youre lucky and it starts high it might ramp up a little. Anyway i love the et7, great looks, really nice to drive, so fucking comfortable. I mean it is quieter than eqs. Its not that extremely much more expensive than a model 3 performance. And its faster! For those jokers that expect to get et7 for model 3 money (and probably sr+ 😅👍) i just say keep on dreaming 🤣

    • @foreverwhisper
      @foreverwhisper ปีที่แล้ว

      @@bjornnyland Don’t rush to downplay the problem Tesla Bjorn, just let me add some extra background info I left out in my previous comment. That mentioned model3 air-con continues to send warmth when the owner slow down to below 60kmph. My understanding from this is that heat generated by battery and motor was blown away by wind and heat pump had no heat to move to carbon. When car slows down to 60, the airflow slow down, then heat pump can collect and move heat, so air-con went back to normal.
      And the good news is, heat pump on model 3 works fine at as low as -30 degree.

Completely unacceptable for a car with 45km of indicated range left to go limp like that. If it’s too cold for the car to operate, it should warn you of that. • @Kilowatt887
    @Kilowatt887 ปีที่แล้ว +4

    That error appears because you want to set the pilot over the speed limit. Probably the software is programmed in such a way so it would not brake traffic speed rules by itself, so if you input a greater speed than traffic signs detection you should take full control of your actions, so if a speeding ticket appears you cant blame the car or the software for self driving and speeding.

    • @KevinGuanziroli
