The reference is that, in DK's debut, he was Mario's pet monkey and was acting out against his mistreatment

The reference of dk coming out of his house is that in the snes dk country on the first level jungle hijinks, dk comes out of his house just like in the set.

That weird sound cranky kong makes is him wacking you with his stick, he did that to diddy and donkey Kong in older titles

Nice review! I'm surprised just how many play features this has. The house is also a great resemblance to DK's sparsely furnished house in games like Donkey Kong Country and Donkey Kong 64, which I love-regular level packs are great but I especially love ones that recreate specific in-game scenes rather than generic biomes.
The Donkey Kong and Cranky figures are great, and I love some of the other pieces like the banana bunch as well (would not be surprised to see that reappear in themes like City in the future).
A minor correction-you say that the tan leaves aren't used in Dreamzzz but they do appear as the vanes of the windmill in 71459 Stable of Dream Creatures.

BAD IDEA! No one needs to become a god, yet alone an irresonsable one! Absolute power corrupts absolutely! Even if DK got the Infinity Gauntlet, it wouldn't work for him even at full power because (according to Marvel comic lore) Infinity Gauntlets only work in their respective universes.
