I really cannot express just how excited I am for this. I expect this mod to be the only way I play the original pikmin game going forward. The 2001 GC version just has way too many annoying quirks about it. But, a lot of the annoying control quirks were fixed in pikmin 2 I have to ask though, is tripping disabled? Tripping is one of the most annoying things in both 1 and 2.

Nope. This is still just romhacking of pikmin 2. Tbf, the romhacking scene for pikmin 2 is pretty insane at this point, though
A game doesn't have to be "decomped" to make code hacks for it
