You have to read The Women by Kristin Hannah! I honestly didn’t really know what to expect with it but when I finished it I was absolutely floored. I recommended it to all the ladies in my life. My eyes were opened in so many ways, it is an amazing and important book. Highly recommend if you enjoy her books!

I'd love to try shoes to help with my health! My feet didn't change after kids but man my health did with fun autoimmune issues. Totally worth it but our bodies take major long lasting hits. Love that you seem to be posting more!

The sunglasses look beautiful on you but everything looks beautiful on you Kendra....cause you are beautiful....and yes, my feet grew too with my pregnancies , longer and wider, so I too wear wide sneakers/tennis shoes. Our bodies change so much with pregnancies.

I am totally interested in Fitville shoes! I feel like my toes are always cramped up. I was thinking of trying Altras because their toe box is bigger, but have not been to try any on yet. LOVE KRISTIN HANNAH! The Nightingale is my fave too! I did love Firefly Lane too.

Hi 😊 I would love to try those shoes! I'm starting a lifestyle change on Wednesday eating healthier and being more active so that would be amazing 😊 My feet also grew half a size with my 1st son and with my 2nd son my hair went from straight to totally curly when I left the hospital 😂😂🤷‍♀️

Oh my goodness the shoe size changing after kids is no joke! I had wide (I call them duck feet, narrow heels and wide at the toes lol) and I went from an 8 to an 8.5.
I’ve been on a journey trying to find some good workout/walking shoes that come in wide and I’d love to give the ones you mentioned a try! 😍
