Zineb Ibañez I bought the bike when it was on sale at the store. It was a long time ago but I think it was $1500. So it would be sold at a lower price if it’s used.
@@Henryisvegan thanks for your answer. They are asking for 1250 €uros, not a bargain really. The bike seems to be in a very good state, I am going to try to lower the price. Have you used it for long rides? Like bike packing and stuff like that? Thanks mate.
Zineb Ibañez Good luck. I flew to Norway with it once. I used to ride 400km a week to go to work. I used a rack, mudguards, and rode with a set of pannier bags. The only reason I sold it was for a bike with more gears because going up a hill was too hard sometimes.
It depends if you want a fast commuter. This bike has tires with knobs like a mountain bike. Also the 1x drivetrain is okay but I learned to appreciate 2x cranks because I ride a lot of hills. It's great for gravel but a little slow on paved. I think a Sequoia is better or the low end AWOL.
TheGreen Cyborg I'm about 83kg and I ride with panniers and 1/4 of my commute is on holes and bumps on the road. I haven't had any issues with broken spokes. I've only had to replace the chain and disk brake pads.
Veganlover69 that is wonderful! im happy to see your awol solid and riding out the Ks. i just ordered me a sequoia, and i have heard some rumors here and there that the hayfield wheelset is not good because the spokes break often, but all the you tube review videos on it dont have any long term comprehensive reviews, only short term. but it looks lime the awol and the sequoia share the same wheelset, possibly?
TheGreen Cyborg I've had my AWOL since January 2017. I'm sure they have the same wheelset. Maybe some people take their bikes on singletracks and took a beating. The Sequoia is a nice bike. I'm thinking of getting a Sequoia or a Diverge next.
Veganlover69 i will do a video inital impressions of the sequoia elite, after it arrives. will post to my youtubbe channel for sure! thanks my friend, for the great info.
in what park did you ride (what city, country) just interesting ))
little ducks are amazing!
It's a trail that runs from Boston through Waltham, MA. I think it's called the Minuteman Trail.
Just add pannier racks and it is ready to tour!
Bro what kind of hub is that sound laud..nice..the cliks of the hub good
Hi, how much was the bike. I am considering to buy a used one here in Europe but I am not sure what would be right price? Thanks bye

Would you recomend this bike for a daily ride to work through 10 kms of gravel and 30 of paved road? TIA

Why, whats wrong with this one? Also Diverge seems to be more of a racing bike with a carbon fork.
I am thinking of getting this bike
Bleeded... ok.
Trek 520 is better than This bike
The trek 520 is a little heavy for my taste. Also I'm not a fan of the cable brakes but still a great bike for touring or commuting.
I would hate use a dynamo of any sort, or be vegan
