It would be so much better without a second hand,just like the real tank.No quartz tick,tick.Also whoever thought of making the seconds hand so ugly owes an apology for their bad taste !
seriously. someone at casio must be making bad design decisions on purpose. I check out their g-shock line up from time to time and it's a bunch of bs all over. bad color to display combos, lazy limited editions and a lack of consideration for the average person. so many times Casio was better off keeping things simple. Hate that every time casio puts out a watch my first thought is to wait for a better color or modify it to look good.

I prefer unique than usual classic looking like a homage..price will come down i feel then it'll be value for money (he said we don't need sapphire I completely agree..people should stop obsessing over sapphire..look at your needs, it's like saying 30m is too less WR in dress watch. May I know what is that background leather texture called? I am looking to buy a strap for my watch in that texture to complete the "tank" look.:)
The background is an artificial cross grain leather. I wish it was genuine though.
For your Seiko I know that the lug width is 16mm.
I have been looking for a more affordable cartier tank. I was about to buy this one first but now I am finally buying the Seiko SSEH001. It has got the BOLD numbers which give it the tank resemblance.

For a 6 inch wrist size, that Seiko is a better choice, pricy, but great. Enjoy it to the maximum!✌🏻I have 6.5 inch wrist size.

It is pretty small and would fit on most small wrist sizes.

They don't advertise because this design is not their main product line. Casio's main line is G-Shock and Orient's is mechanical watches. Not many real watch collectors would get this Casio.
If I get this watch it would be easy to pull the second hand.

Hello! They state on their website that it is acrylic crystal, but on mine it is mineral crystal, I tested it and it is mineral.

It's kind of difficult to read time on this watch, I bought the blue one, polished hands look good, but make it a bit of a bitch to read time at a glance, the solid colour seconds hand makes it even more difficult as it stands out more than hours and minutes, should have been the other way around on such a small watch. Also numerals should be a little bolder in my opinion, makes the dial look cheaper and less attractive. Overall a cute looking, but annoying watch, will be sending it back.
I bought the same dial color and replaced the strap. Honestly I would prefer it than the other two but yeah I wouldn't wear it in a dark place. Wearing it on day time or a well lit area brings out the classiness of the dial.
That blue second hand is a no no.

that second hand makes it unwearable... it could be good as a casual watch but they ruined its potential as a dress watch
