- I’m a little under the weather this week so I wanted to show you a few routines and habits I have to recover. I can get gloomy on rainy days, especially in winter, it can feel like there’s no end in sight to the cold days.

Hot tea and a snuggle with my kitties help. Any time that some sunshine breaks through the clouds gives me hope for Spring.
eating lots of warming foods, such as root vegetables, spiced soups and whole grains. and nice warming pranayamas such as fire breath✨

You can clean the blackness of the pan by wiping it with lemon and the apple peels in it, then cleaning it in the salon and it will be like new 🤍✍️

Your videos are so soothing! Love your cats ❤ I spend my weekends relaxing like this with my two dogs but I find it very hard to have slow pace on workdays. What has helped you?
Thank you 🫶 🌼! It's much harder on some weeks when work is busy. I've found that waking up 20 to 30 minutes earlier gives me some time for myself. This way I can drink a coffee and read before heading to work

Love this! But Palo Santo is an endangered species and it’s super unethical to use! Rosemary and ceder can be used the same way but it’s better for the planet and the tribes who are connected to the plant! Probably better spiritually too tbh. Love the content! So relaxing
Hey Rachel, thanks for your comment and raising your concerns regarding the Palo santo use 💜! I thought making sure buying an ‘ethically produced’ one would be enough but looking further into it I was probably wrong. I was planning to switch to sage too since we produce it locally in Europe ☺️

Hi there, thank you for watching 🧡. I'm so sorry to hear about your furry friend 🧡! Yes my cats are indoors and they've grown accustomed to it as they grew older. As long as you can provide lots of entertainment for them indoors (toys, cat tree etc), they can live a happy life
