I wonder if it's anything like the music people hear on DMT trips. They also pass through tunnels of light and music. There are many TH-cam videos recreating the sounds and visuals they experience. I freaking LOATHE the lights and sound. Most unpleasant. Yet everyone expresses how wonderful it is. I can't reconcile it.
I love your messages. I experienced an NDE once. I don't remember a white light, but I do remember talking with a man who came forward, but I can't remember anything he said :( I just remember it was very interesting. I saw my higher self and my sister's higher self there. They seemed to be monitoring us here. But what I remember most was the love and the feeling of finally being home. I was with loved ones that it seemed I hadn't seen in thousands of years. It's extremely depressing coming back here after feeling that love.
Heh, I had a dream once where a kid from school said something very interesting I don't remember at all, then told me to Wake Up. And another dream where I opened my eyes without waking up and saw spirits. Two of them were light grey one was white.
When I was young I was able to astral travel frequently. There was always beautiful coloured lights shining, almost singing out of everything, colours I can’t even describe. I found I was also able to focus on something and zoom into it with my mind to a microscopic level. I was able to witness the inside of a cell from a tree during one of my travels and I could see all the little moving parts of the cell, like a little community working together to get the job done. I also could focus in with mind, one time zooming into hieroglyphs and one sign for example meant a very beautiful scenery. I was looking at the drawing and that brought me to looking at the scenery. Attachment holds us in this dimension.
I had very similar gifts, including seeing auras, knowing a persons life story (which was super hard as a kid, I still have that but at a fraction), seeing spirits (also hard), and lots of astral travel and classroom time. I wish as an adult I could have some of that back, now that I know how to process it. I wonder what the point of all that as kids are? 🤔I feel like a big part is so that in our adult lives we can never be fully “asleep”, we know there is a much larger and beyond explanation meaning to our existence which sets us on a trajectory for our purpose, especially to put us on the path that we decided before we even came here. When I died, I was told I didn’t have to go back to my current life, and was told I didn’t have to reincarnate. I saw and felt a beautiful golden color.
When I had my OBE I was in a golden tunnel of light, not white light. But the weird part were the grid lines on the walls of this twisty tube like structure.

This is so, so important. (This includes sitting in non-judgment with our inner critic as well!) Bringing our awareness to all of the different parts of us and just *being* with them... validating the experience - all of it. Anger, bitterness, joy, love, gratitude, hatred, unforgiveness, jealousy, amazement, gratitude, pride, fear, alllllll of the things - this has been a huge part of my own healing journey and a huge part of what I have witnessed as being so healing for so many of my clients.

Because I've been meditating for years and it's always involved emptying my mind, not sitting in contemplation. If anything, it feels counter-intuitive to offer any thought to matters that do not serve you in a positive way...because in doing so, you are giving the matter your attention and energy. Shouldn't we be giving our attention and energy to positive thoughts, not thoughts that evoke a negative emotional reaction? I'm so confused.
I was utterly terrified of dying when I was a child, and into my early adult years even. I think that’s why my spiritual awakening hit me so hard… for the first time I could really FEEL that there was life after death - that death itself was another iteration of life, a stepping stone to life. The peace I now have around death and the knowing I have that I will go on with some conscious choice of my own is probably the most freeing part of awakening. As hard as the last 3 years have been, I carry that feeling/knowing with me and it brings me peace. To let go of the fear of death is to know peace, but more so to know truth. Your video rings with truth. I always felt that the fear imbued around the light “trap” you see after death was more of a reflection of a person’s own unintegrated fear. To know spiritual truths is one thing, to feel them in your bones is another. If we can walk through life genuinely not feeling fear, we may have the golden ticket out of here… if we so wish. All I wanted to do as a child is die, I just wanted to go home and the only home I wanted was that one. I had such sorrow and so much pain inflicted on me by others my awakening started in 3rd grade (80s) and I think it's because a part of me remembered the love of home. I was born tired of the mess. I saw a light. It wasn't an NDE. It was after meditating for hours on love. My crown felt like their was this gapping hole. It felt like if I put my hand in my head it would be just empty space.I laid down exhausted when it was done and as soon as my head hit the pillow I experience this light kind of undulating and this white I absolutely cannot explain almost like a pearl and it was shimmery. I felt so much love and acceptance and forgiveness and above all else healing of my heart. It elevated me so much it took days to come down from it. I was so full of gratitude I would just start weeping, this also lasted days. I desired that moment since early childhood, to go home. I was blessed with a gift.

All the NDE testimonies I have listened to see a bright light of unconditional love. Before we reincarnate, our memories of our past lives are erased. During my NDE I didn't see a tunnel or a white light and since a lot of people who also had NDE mentioned it I used to think that I took a wrong turn haha, and no one was waiting for me on the other side like some people experienced but still, it was the most beautiful and undescribably profound experience. There was no specific one light or color either, the only way I can describe it is like a crystal-clear space shimmering with tiny specks of different colors, something like a diamond sparkles 😊💖

It happened during surgery, my heart had stopped for eight minutes according to one of the assisting doctors who was willing to talk to me about it because I had so many questions and was very confused by the whole experience. The other doctor who was the main surgeon denied everything and told me to stop talking nonsense when I told him that I was out of my body 😅. He said it was probably a hallucination from anesthesia which I knew wasn't true because while out of body I saw and heard everything they were doing and saying. I remember not feeling bothered by it though, at one moment I wanted to leave the room and suddenly I was in what seemed like a crystal-clear yet shimmering space, and it felt more real than anything I have ever experienced. Then I heard a loud wooshing sound and it felt like I was being pulled, next I heard myself screaming and I felt a lot of pain because I woke up during surgery. Most fascinating for me was and still is how even though I was out of my body I could still see and hear everything without physical eyes and ears, and "I" out of body felt HUGE, I can't even explain it 😄but that's what I remember.

What remained with me after this experience is a deep truth, but still, my truth. The truth that I tried to convey to others, but mostly unsuccessfully because they did not experience it. I realized that it's okay for everyone to have their own truth. For me personally, death does not exist, at least not in the sense in which we as humans perceive it. Of course, I do not deny loss, pain and sadness from the physical side of things, on the contrary, but I feel a sense of peace and acceptance deep within me.And I am grateful for every morning that I wake up, eager to fill time with myself and not for time to fill me, if you understand what I mean 😄
I agree with the principles of awakening to our own power to use our free will to create with intention. However, where I find resistance to all this soul trap false light talk is why the physical experience is seemingly looked on as a lesser experience compared to evolving out of any physical form. Maybe I misunderstand the proposed cosmology, but it seems to me that incarnation is something desired and enjoyed by the soul as opposed to being just in energitic form. This escaping the physical seems to me to promote many people to feel like they want to escape physical life. Aka. victim consciousness. This sounds very avoidant to me, when a much healthier and grounded approach is to have gratitude for our bodies and physical life...to enjoy it as a gift and treat it as such.Hoping to escape life seems like more of a karmic trap to me than worrying about the color of light you see when you transition. I would be curious to hear more about the types of incarnations we can experience along our path as souls and the role they play in our conscious evolution.
It can be desired and enjoyed when it’s coming from the liberated space that I mentioned. When it’s mechanical and automated that is when it’s coming from the unconscious space.

Thank you Sarah and friends, this is much-needed confirmation. My own records and guide agree that this is correct. In near death I actually saw a black tunnel! Waterslides with numbers, not light. My brother was standing next to it and said, “don’t be afraid, just choose one.” I see it as Black Ray. After traveling the bleak realms, there was very subtle golden rainbow light that emerged from the ground like a flower. The light bloomed with sound. I could hear, “keep on the sunny side… it will help us all the way…” The realms started to color in like a book, and next thing I know I’m in Keter. Or Tiferet. What I know is there was a supernatural entity with a screen for a face. Maybe Metatron. And then I got access to my records in The Tree. That light was an unusual mix between periwinkle and oregon blue. I reviewed all of my deeds and emotions in an instant, then chose to return to the realms. Thank you for helping me to anchor this. This is my opinion of course..but to participate in any realm is still part of a system of sorts. The idea is to go beyond all systems and realms and exist as who you truly are and that is the "All". Hindus call this "Brahman". But you have to accept this and it's not easy. It's not easy because people fear what they think is the loss of ego or individuality. Consider the "All" is the canvas, and doesn't exist as blots of paint trying to be an individual color (on any ascended level). True bliss is not being anything at all, yet everything at the same time and not choosing sides. Choosing sides or trying to change the game for what you think is the greater good (in a game that's rigged,) is a game in itself. This game is being orchestrated on all levels inside this local "system machine". Consider that the "system machine" is also playing both sides! Don't fall for it. Although well-intentioned, the inclination to choose sides is a lure or distraction that keeps you playing in that local system machine. Walk away from all of it and abandon "self". Choose to be the "ALL" and you will experience the ultimate bliss of being Brahman and never be subject to anything. This local system is small potatoes in the greatness that is the "All". Consider the very thing that's the hardest to do, and goes against our human, self-preservation instincts is the very thing we need to do. Consider our self-preservation instincts were genetically programmed into us to set parameters and keep us in line so that we continue to participate in this local "system machine" as individuals. Even the ascended levels are part of the game. With the limited existence of choosing to play, or allowing ourselves to be coherced to play, we stop short of who we are as Brahman and are kept in a trap.

I usually refer to the "illusions" as described here as constructs. The term both refers to the fact that they were constructed and that they exist independently to a degree from the one observing them. To me, it makes their nature clearer.
In my experience, after my death I just jumped to a very similar timeline of living. For instance, I died after stopping in a city. Found myself alive again driving down the highway right past the city. Strange world.

I died in the ER and I did not see the white light. Its crazy you mention the rose light because that is exactly what I saw and my soul family was so excited to pull me towards them in an infinite Universe, full of bright purple and pink colors and the feeling of love and reunion. Then I came back to the pain and the ER, what a let down.😔
Looking at my life, addiction has been a big aspect of it. I’m not prone to addiction but I have habits. I used to suck my thump as a kid, then I moved to nail bitting, and now I bit my nails and vape nic. When I really think about it after I stopped sucking my thump as a very young kid I had a very powerful spiritual experience which at the time I didn’t understand. Once I started to bit my nails my connection grew weaker. Now I started vaping in 2018 after my ex did some not so nice things. Which started my periods of extreme depression. I’m open to sharing my life and I am not ashamed of anything I have experienced. I have been working on quitting and when I start life gets very very hard which leads me to fall back. I did a rebirth process recently and my sacrifice was addition. After seeing this it makes sense that unconsciously I already knew what I needed to work on. I felt like my additions were pulling me back from experiencing higher and higher states of consciousness due to attachment to the physical. I’m happy to now know this but I’m still struggling with these bad habits today.

Thank you Sarah! Your teaching is helpful in finding my way to melding my Christian up bringing and Dharma. I'm finding more and more how Jesus and Buddha are telling us the same news of oneness. I have tried with no success to explain to a traditional Christian that God is in you, not out there somewhere. In my meditation I hope to find assents. One thing I know for sure is inner work causes my free will to have much more authority in making choices rather than learned processes. The destination is off-course to end suffering, not sure if I'll make it in this life time. You are helping to find the way.

Our unhealed emotional body is causing attachments which are referred to as addictions, and the addictions are creating the unfinished business that is keeping us in a low vibration so once we heal our emotional body, there are no attachments anymore, and we are free to be the being we are.

I have found your videos a few days ago and browse through looking for ways to understand my thinking. As usual, after one finds an answers, the stage is set aside or simply dissappears. But not always, I don't know how you got to be so 'Ghossiasable' at your young age... somethings that I cannot name, because I don't know, are setting down in the correct order and makes the understanding clearer when I listen to you. I love that this vid popped up just days after I noticed sometimes random flashes of colored light as I'm walking around, either outside or indoors. My logical mind told me it's due to reflections from my glasses but it didn't feel like that. Thank you for putting into words an explanation of what I was sensing.
Wow. I really look up to you. I am 23 years old I have been through so much in this life time, thanks to my spirit guides angels and archangels ascended masters. They are helping me in this lifetime so much. I think this is my last lifetime on earth. Although I feel like I am not living up to my lightworking duties, I am doing my best.
Be careful when dealing with spirit guides, angels, archangels, or ascended masters. I have communicated with that crowd for over 10 years, and it resulted in the end in total betrayal and demonic possession. Both me and my husband were attacked physically and ended up in hospital with broken bones. Do not trust ANY external force, no matter what.

Same anecdote grabbed my special attention. I had an NDE. I was knocked unconcious. When I awoke, my eyes were rolled back.. as I slowly got my vision back, I was overwhelmed with an intense bright light. Until my eyes adjusted to the daylight... stay in a dark room for a while, then flip a very bright light on. You will be blinded for a moment.
Family members stuck in the L/R paradigm are the hardest to reach. Watching them go down the drain is harder, I watched 5 go by doing what the TV told them to do.

I don't remember a white light, but I do remember talking with a man who came forward, but I can't remember anything he said :( I just remember it was very interesting. I saw my higher self and my sister's higher self there. They seemed to be monitoring us here. But what I remember most was the love and the feeling of finally being home. I was with loved ones that it seemed I hadn't seen in thousands of years. It's extremely depressing coming back here after feeling that love.

I also could focus in with mind, one time zooming into hieroglyphs and one sign for example meant a very beautiful scenery. I was looking at the drawing and that brought me to looking at the scenery.

I wish as an adult I could have some of that back, now that I know how to process it. When I died, I was told I didn’t have to go back to my current life, and was told I didn’t have to reincarnate. I saw and felt a beautiful golden color.
When I had my OBE I was in a golden tunnel of light, not white light. But the weird part were the grid lines on the walls of this twisty tube like structure.

A few general observations:
- Light (be all and end all that it assuredly is!), is of course hugely important, whether we are within or outside of incarnation…
- It is my belief that pretty much all beings are always within the “clear light,” it is our “Luminous Ouroboros,” if you will…
- The “secondary clear light” is the antechamber to the the Primary Light (the esoteric “bridegroom,” so to speak?), and this secondary light is available to those of us incarnate by means of various meditational and yogic techniques, as well as through various natural or chemical “hallucinogens” (which they actually aren’t, WE are the hallucinations!)…
- Anyone who has ever experienced lucid dreaming or “OOBE’s,” or done any astral projection, can only TRY to communicate the indescribable colors they’ve encountered, as we all so well know…
- There are, in the physical realm, basically two types of light, “source light” as well as “reflected light,” and in general, source light is to be found preferable, but with some notable exceptions…
For example, while your incandescent lights are in general warmer and healthier in most ways, fluorescent (reflected) light is generally stark and usually depressing (but neon, although also a light made visible by light being reflected by metallic particles suspended in a gas, is often very charming and uplifting to the human psyche, and the more colors the better!)…
In general moonlight is not really so beneficial (it is said that it can make us go “loony,” and perhaps make questionable decisions regarding romance and mate selection!), but while the corollary should be that sunlight is good for us, while we are told that Sol is a “G-type” mainstream yellow star, it’s actually a large “white dwarf” in this particular simulation (I’m not from here/“ME”), and that’s why it’s best to rock as much “SPF” as possible in your sunscreen…
- The Cabal utilizes bad or inhibitional (depressing) lighting to their dark purpose as much as possible, on both sides of the incarnational divide! Not only in regard to the “false light,” but also in relation to LED lighting (always bad, and especially when blue!), which is also so very obviously “reverse engineered alien technology” (great for “grays,” but for the rest of us, ‘eh, not so much!)…
- Lastly, all of these new “superbright” vehicle headlights, which are there ostensibly to allow us all to “see better,” are in fact part of plan to progressively “blind” us all, and keep us increasingly angry and pissed at one another! Next time you’re on the freeway, notice the old school friendly “yellow” headlights, and then the oppressive “blue/green/white” newer iterations…

(This includes sitting in non-judgment with our inner critic as well!) Bringing our awareness to all of the different parts of us and just *being* with them... validating the experience - all of it. Anger, bitterness, joy, love, gratitude, hatred, unforgiveness, jealousy, amazement, gratitude, pride, fear, alllllll of the things - this has been a huge part of my own healing journey and a huge part of what I have witnessed as being so healing for so many of my clients.

Because I've been meditating for years and it's always involved emptying my mind, not sitting in contemplation. If anything, it feels counter-intuitive to offer any thought to matters that do not serve you in a positive way...because in doing so, you are giving the matter your attention and energy. Shouldn't we be giving our attention and energy to positive thoughts, not thoughts that evoke a negative emotional reaction? I'm so confused.

I was utterly terrified of dying when I was a child, and into my early adult years even. I think that’s why my spiritual awakening hit me so hard… for the first time I could really FEEL that there was life after death - that death itself was another iteration of life, a stepping stone to life. The peace I now have around death and the knowing I have that I will go on with some conscious choice of my own is probably the most freeing part of awakening. As hard as the last 3 years have been, I carry that feeling/knowing with me and it brings me peace. To let go of the fear of death is to know peace, but more so to know truth. Your video rings with truth. I always felt that the fear imbued around the light “trap” you see after death was more of a reflection of a person’s own unintegrated fear. To know spiritual truths is one thing, to feel them in your bones is another. If we can walk through life genuinely not feeling fear, we may have the golden ticket out of here… if we so wish. All I wanted to do as a child is die, I just wanted to go home and the only home I wanted was that one. I had such sorrow and so much pain inflicted on me by others my awakening started in 3rd grade (80s) and I think it's because a part of me remembered the love of home. I was born tired of the mess. It took a long time to come to terms.

I saw a light. It wasn't an NDE. It was after meditating for hours on love. My crown felt like their was this gapping hole. It felt like if I put my hand in my head it would be just empty space.I laid down exhausted when it was done and as soon as my head hit the pillow I experience this light kind of undulating and this white I absolutely cannot explain almost like a pearl and it was shimmery. I felt so much love and acceptance and forgiveness and above all else healing of my heart. It elevated me so much it took days to come down from it. I was so full of gratitude I would just start weeping, this also lasted days. I desired that moment since early childhood, to go home. I was blessed with a gift.

@@ItsMeMissV369 I was just focused on love and healing for the planet and humanity. I was connected to a very high vibrational energy though. I read through what I wrote and years later I have heard others talk about the very things I wrote about. What would sound so off the wall to others and yet I have heard of others doing it to. Charging crystals with love and placing them on ley lines or throwing them into the ocean to help raise the vibration of Gaia.

All the NDE testimonies I have listened to see a bright light of unconditional love. Before we reincarnate, our memories of our past lives are erased. During my NDE I didn't see a tunnel or a white light and since a lot of people who also had NDE mentioned it I used to think that I took a wrong turn haha, and no one was waiting for me on the other side like some people experienced but still, it was the most beautiful and undescribably profound experience. There was no specific one light or color either, the only way I can describe it is like a crystal-clear space shimmering with tiny specks of different colors, something like a diamond sparkles 😊💖

It happened during surgery, my heart had stopped for eight minutes according to one of the assisting doctors who was willing to talk to me about it because I had so many questions and was very confused by the whole experience. The other doctor who was the main surgeon denied everything and told me to stop talking nonsense when I told him that I was out of my body 😅. He said it was probably a hallucination from anesthesia which I knew wasn't true because while out of body I saw and heard everything they were doing and saying. I remember not feeling bothered by it though, at one moment I wanted to leave the room and suddenly I was in what seemed like a crystal-clear yet shimmering space, and it felt more real than anything I have ever experienced. Then I heard a loud wooshing sound and it felt like I was being pulled, next I heard myself screaming and I felt a lot of pain because I woke up during surgery. Most fascinating for me was and still is how even though I was out of my body I could still see and hear everything without physical eyes and ears, and "I" out of body felt HUGE, I can't even explain it 😄but that's what I remember.

What remained with me after this experience is a deep truth, but still, my truth. The truth that I tried to convey to others, but mostly unsuccessfully because they did not experience it. I realized that it's okay for everyone to have their own truth. For me personally, death does not exist, at least not in the sense in which we as humans perceive it. Of course, I do not deny loss, pain and sadness from the physical side of things, on the contrary, but I feel a sense of peace and acceptance deep within me.And I am grateful for every morning that I wake up, eager to fill time with myself and not for time to fill me, if you understand what I mean 😄

I agree with the principles of awakening to our own power to use our free will to create with intention. However, where I find resistance to all this soul trap false light talk is why the physical experience is seemingly looked on as a lesser experience compared to evolving out of any physical form. Maybe I misunderstand the proposed cosmology, but it seems to me that incarnation is something desired and enjoyed by the soul as opposed to being just in energitic form. This escaping the physical seems to me to promote many people to feel like they want to escape physical life. Aka. victim consciousness. This sounds very avoidant to me, when a much healthier and grounded approach is to have gratitude for our bodies and physical life...to enjoy it as a gift and treat it as such.Hoping to escape life seems like more of a karmic trap to me than worrying about the color of light you see when you transition. I would be curious to hear more about the types of incarnations we can experience along our path as souls and the role they play in our conscious evolution.
It can be desired and enjoyed when it’s coming from the liberated space that I mentioned. When it’s mechanical and automated that is when it’s coming from the unconscious space.

In near death I actually saw a black tunnel! Waterslides with numbers, not light. My brother was standing next to it and said, “don’t be afraid, just choose one.”
I see it as Black Ray.
After traveling the bleak realms, there was very subtle golden rainbow light that emerged from the ground like a flower.
The light bloomed with sound. I could hear, “keep on the sunny side… it will help us all the way…”
The realms started to color in like a book, and next thing I know I’m in Keter. Or Tiferet. What I know is there was a supernatural entity with a screen for a face. Maybe Metatron.
And then I got access to my records in The Tree. That light was an unusual mix between periwinkle and oregon blue.
I reviewed all of my deeds and emotions in an instant, then chose to return to the realms.

Exactly, healing is all about remembering, primarily long term memory and knowing. Know the difference, discernment is the key.
This is my opinion of course..but to participate in any realm is still part of a system of sorts. The idea is to go beyond all systems and realms and exist as who you truly are and that is the "All". Hindus call this "Brahman". But you have to accept this and it's not easy. It's not easy because people fear what they think is the loss of ego or individuality. Consider the "All" is the canvas, and doesn't exist as blots of paint trying to be an individual color (on any ascended level). True bliss is not being anything at all, yet everything at the same time and not choosing sides. Choosing sides or trying to change the game for what you think is the greater good (in a game that's rigged,) is a game in itself. This game is being orchestrated on all levels inside this local "system machine". Consider that the "system machine" is also playing both sides! Don't fall for it. Although well-intentioned, the inclination to choose sides is a lure or distraction that keeps you playing in that local system machine. Walk away from all of it and abandon "self". Choose to be the "ALL" and you will experience the ultimate bliss of being Brahman and never be subject to anything. This local system is small potatoes in the greatness that is the "All". Consider the very thing that's the hardest to do, and goes against our human, self-preservation instincts is the very thing we need to do. Consider our self-preservation instincts were genetically programmed into us to set parameters and keep us in line so that we continue to participate in this local "system machine" as individuals. Even the ascended levels are part of the game. With the limited existence of choosing to play, or allowing ourselves to be coherced to play, we stop short of who we are as Brahman and are kept in a trap.
I paid attention as much as I could. It's more foggy than clear now. I'm getting there, though!
Meditation is another way 🙂 It’s amazing how much you understand when you focus on stillness.

I usually refer to the "illusions" as described here as constructs. The term both refers to the fact that they were constructed and that they exist independently to a degree from the one observing them. To me, it makes their nature clearer.
In my experience, after my death I just jumped to a very similar timeline of living. For instance, I died after stopping in a city. Found myself alive again driving down the highway right past the city.

I died in the ER and I did not see the white light. Its crazy you mention the rose light because that is exactly what I saw and my soul family was so excited to pull me towards them in an infinite Universe, full of bright purple and pink colors and the feeling of love and reunion. Then I came back to the pain and the ER, what a let down.😔

Looking at my life, addiction has been a big aspect of it. I’m not prone to addiction but I have habits. I used to suck my thump as a kid, then I moved to nail bitting, and now I bit my nails and vape nic. When I really think about it after I stopped sucking my thump as a very young kid I had a very powerful spiritual experience which at the time I didn’t understand. Once I started to bit my nails my connection grew weaker. Now I started vaping in 2018 after my ex did some not so nice things. Which started my periods of extreme depression. I’m open to sharing my life and I am not ashamed of anything I have experienced. I have been working on quitting and when I start life gets very very hard which leads me to fall back. I did a rebirth process recently and my sacrifice was addition. After seeing this it makes sense that unconsciously I already knew what I needed to work on. I felt like my additions were pulling me back from experiencing higher and higher states of consciousness due to attachment to the physical. I’m happy to now know this but I’m still struggling with these bad habits today.

Thank you Sarah! Your teaching is helpful in finding my way to melding my Christian up bringing and Dharma. I'm finding more and more how Jesus and Buddha are telling us the same news of oneness. I have tried with no success to explain to a traditional Christian that God is in you, not out there somewhere. In my meditation I hope to find assents. One thing I know for sure is inner work causes my free will to have much more authority in making choices rather than learned processes. The destination is off-course to end suffering, not sure if I'll make it in this life time. You are helping to find the way.

So. Our unhealed emotional body is causing attachments which are referred to as addictions, and the addictions are creating the unfinished business that is keeping us in a low vibration so once we heal our emotional body, there are no attachments anymore, and we are free to be the being we are.
That's what I was wondering about Suzanne. I was following along until she used the word addiction and got a little confused due to the usual meaning of the word. I think I'll watch the Soul loss one. Maybe that will clarify it more.

I have found your videos a few days ago and browse through looking for ways to understand my thinking. As usual, after one finds an answers, the stage is set aside or simply dissappears. But not always, I don't know how you got to be so 'Ghossiasable' at your young age... somethings that I cannot name, because I don't know, are setting down in the correct order and makes the understanding clearer when I listen to you. I love that this vid popped up just days after I noticed sometimes random flashes of colored light as I'm walking around, either outside or indoors. My logical mind told me it's due to reflections from my glasses but it didn't feel like that. Thank you for putting into words an explanation of what I was sensing.
Wow. I really look up to you. I am 23 years old I have been through so much in this life time, thanks to my spirit guides angels and archangels ascended masters. They are helping me in this lifetime so much. I think this is my last lifetime on earth. Although I feel like I am not living up to my lightworking duties, I am doing my best.
Be careful when dealing with spirit guides, angels, archangels, or ascended masters. I have communicated with that crowd for over 10 years, and it resulted in the end in total betrayal and demonic possession. Both me and my husband were attacked physically and ended up in hospital with broken bones. Do not trust ANY external force, no matter what.

Recently lost both parents and this part explained so much that I inherently knew, but I guess the parts of me that are still attached didn’t want to accept. I had an NDE. I was knocked unconcious. When I awoke, my eyes were rolled back.. as I slowly got my vision back, I was overwhelmed with an intense bright light. Until my eyes adjusted to the daylight... stay in a dark room for a while, then flip a very bright light on. You will be blinded for a moment.

Letting go is hard, but in easing the discomfort of separation is KNOWING we are all from the same source and center in which there is no separation, only temporal differentiation. When in a state of acceptance, a rising of the bhodi-mind occurs - and that not only helps in making sense of "things" and how we should act accordingly in a more authentic, connected way of being through compassion, but with and through ease with no burden of conscience because we know we did our best, learned OUR lesson and let them go to walk their path. [ BTW: I'm no know-it-all, I wrote this more for me than I did for you to see if I got it right. I think I did, but willing to realize I may not have. 🕉☮☮☮]
