This is my husband and I’s dream coach. We have a Baystar and we are praying for the Dutch Star.
That is the best presentation for an RV that I have ever seen. Just awesome.
I continue to be impressed with the Newmar coaches. As my wife and I get closer to retirement, Newmar is up there in the top 3 of coaches that we're considering for fulltiming.
One of the things that is impressive with Newmar is that you can actually see the Engineering in the coaches improve year after year. Little things, like the extension to the tray to get the dometic outside refrigerator from under the slide outs. The details to the type of water seals in the outside compartments. The dual awning setup. The eliminating of the carpet and functional design for that assembly inside the coaches. The ladder addition to complete the emergency door exit. Really nice work.
I have a lifetime working in Systems Engineering, so I guess I'm partial to excellence in design and builds for machines. I bet you Newmar has a great Systems Engineer or Technical Product Manager on staff. It shows.

The lack of overhead cabinets are not an issue to me. The pantry space is what makes it practical.
Love the floor plan of this unit. Exactly what my husband and I are looking for and the size is perfect!

You will never win the Lotto... It's a tax on the poor/stupid. You should invest the money you would otherwise be wasting on Lotto tickets and then buying one of these coaches might actually become possible for you.

Interesting that the New Aire has a better cockpit with digital dash and 360 cameras. Wonder why Newmar didn't put those items in on all of the 2018 diesels.

That's a beautiful coach.
The inverter and generator, does it produce a sine wave for clean 110 volt power while in use and that work table area on the front passenger seat, is there a 110 volt outlet nearby for use with a tablet or laptop computer while on the road? Not sure if you mentioned those or not in the video. How about solar charging for the batteries?
You didn't mention built-in footrests for the two lounge chairs. Are they standard or an option?
Chris, we just love your you tube walk-arounds of the Newmar coaches! Very informative and so many of things we need to see and hear about. Can you possibly do one on the 2018 Dutch Star 4052? That looks like the one for us according to the layout choices. Thanks = }

Does it have a screen door in the entry? Drop down hinges on basement doors?
You keep talking about Corian, but I thought Newmar used LG Lattetude countertop material. Also you never got to talking about the replacement for the Sony system?
If they have changed to Corian that is a good thing. I have a 2017 with the LG material, and I don't like it as well as the Corian in my old coach. Nice job on the walk through.

Can you have options? I hate microwaves! Prefer a real oven. Also a booth dinette gives more cushioned seating and potential additional sleeping for grands.
Love the videos, was just wondering if the microwave exhaust was on the outside or the inside, and could you show this in future videos as well, I like to know these little details

Is there a good collapsible ladder for roof access that Newmar recommends for it's coaches that will not trash the paint and are collapsable to the basement when not in use, or that we can affix/mount permanently?

Hello Chris, You've talked quite a bit about the 4369 being your favorite floorpan but I don't see that you have given a tour of one! Can you please show us what that floorpan feels like???
Great video. I like the coach, however, why is the half-bath door hung on the wrong side? You have to walk past the door then open it to access the bathroom.
So that it can be opened fully when the slides are in.
Awesome video.What is the roof made of and why no ladder to access the roof ?.
The roof is fiberglass, and the ladders are ugly :). They want the Prevost bus look, clean lines on the outside etc. I have mixed feelings, I love the look, but a ladder is so handy. THANKS for watching.

You are half way through this, I see something wrong, So you stop for fuel. On a semi truck, the DEF is by the fuel fill, So you move to get to the DEF
Def fuel filler is on both sides.....

In Newmar's build your own app, there are no options for losing the bedroom TV, Blu-Ray et el. Is there a way to remove them and add another much needed wardrobe?

Hi bud, Ya did a great job on this video, as all of Your videos are great, I’ll say the best!! May I say an opinion, You’ve had much better kitchen upper cabinet storage in other coaches, this one was awful. I enjoy a showy kitchen, and not having a RV stove is a mistake! When I have people over ya always need the oven and microwave for entertaining especially. For the price the company we both know should have done better!

I don't understand why you need an air dump on a passive steer tag.
Roy Davis great question. The tag axle is not a powered axle so if you were stuck on soft ground you could dump that tag air and put more weight on your drive tires for better traction.THANKS for watching.
I just wish more people understood...what she has is not a cold or the flu. She will never get better. A nap won't help. She's on meds to try to make it easier to thrive and not merely survive. Many people say that she's faking it or that she will just have to push through it. Well sometimes she can push through the pain and live her life but there are days where she can't even walk with out having to hold on to something. She takes her meds everyday and lots of vitamins to help keep her up, but someday's nothing works.
She has an autoimmune disease.

i think i agree i have a 99 dutchstar that im updating but i dont seem to seriously see any big"i gotta have this look in this coach", not 2 b mean - im young but maybe most 70 year olds like this older decor look not sure

For a "new" coach, Chris, the battery compartment and generator area are filthy and dusty. You should be doing the walkaround after you've cleaned and prepped the unit, it would be far more attractive seeing a coach that's clean. Bad design having the egress door in the rear bathroom, with the toilet in front of it.
I'm interested in where else you'd put it........
