All Stars sadly isn't a thing on SNES. Even if you give yourself every star in the game, there's no verification screen at the end. The Genesis version however, has that screen as confirmed by Jimmie1717's LOTAS. I do have a run on my channel that's pretty much the closest thing to All Stars on SNES as you can get. That said, I will pick up the Genesis version and try out All Stars on that version sometime in the future.
