i love how awful these two are at micro.... unbelievable, that they're even on the leaderboard is a testament to how much luck based/meta mechanic based this game is. this shit would NOT fly in any other RTS
This match wasn't meta based tho. They both did kinda horrible but not due to the game being bad but due to them being bad for some reason. And no, WARNO is a slow game so in most cases APM doesn't matter. I guess the real reason why they're on the leaderboard is because they play a lot and know units. And because this time they were drunk or something lol.

At about 9:30 in you said he should have hit evac immediately after dropping the bomb, instead of right clicking. I wanted to clarrify: does that let the LGB drop with fully accuracy and help avoid the AA? Because I have struggled to micro LGB's with right clicks without causing a miss
Fun fact the psse-B was made from green berets I think and it was supposed to stay in Berlin if the Soviet union invaded and guided geurrila warfare behind enemy lines creating confusion cutting supply units etc very interesting unit (buff leo2)

Tells us that these two are really good players. Shows one of the worst games I ever saw. Both sides are horrible at recognizing or looking for weaknesses, cutting off supply lines or covering map with recon or balancing unit purchases. Seriously, I'm at 500 something (only 8 games tho) and I honestly think I could do way better than that on both sides. Also, driving a CV into an enemy cap isn't really "aggressive play". Considering there was no recon, it was rather stupid play.
From a top-down perspective where we see everything, it certainly looks that way. The problem with this game is that the vision is extremely poor, so it's difficult when you're playing. I hope you end up against one of them on the ladder haha, you'll see what I mean You're right that they both made daft mistakes though

No one makes second line of defense from the start, so after red got his infantry crushed into that city it was safe to assume there was little to no infantry anymore. That was the point to push recon further. The fact that you precisely know how many points the opponent has from the start allows you to assume (or count) how many units he has (in points).

Yeah if you press evac it keeps the targeting. If you right click, it doesn't keep the targeting. Sadly when you evac you cannot choose the direction
