I’ve always enjoyed seeing what’s about that feels a bit off the beaten track, it doesn’t always work out but I’ve found some wonderful bits of kit that have brought me a lot of joy and character
Totally agree about Moog, they're not expensive. In fact, a friend just bought a Mother 32 for $250, and the guy also had a DFAM for $200. They look brand new. Ebay and other places can be great for saving on Moog and other gear. Especially, if you can't afford new.
Always great to see artists work process in their studio. Would also like to know the sync setup between the DAW and the hardware synths. very nice groove going on there. Thanks.
This iteration was just through my interface, I’ve got the cirklon now as my main clock so it’s all a lot more locked in, but I just work around how ever my studio is rolling at the time and make it works the best I can
@@melladee_ Cirklon is my favorite piece of gear in my studio. I really like how clean your mixes are. "Pay No Mind" - is that Ableton 909s like you were mentioning in the video. Be interested in how you processed it. That track is so well balanced.
@@melladee_ you have taste tho even making simple grooves i like them a lot because the tone is spot on👌🏻, same i enjoy myself with gears always “ SEARCHING THE GOOSE BUMPS SOUND/TONE/OVERTONE “ and the result is 0 MONEY ON THE BANK but HOME FULL OF SYNTH 🍻
This is just my studio and it’s a collection of things I’ve built up over a long time collecting and it’s a way of working that I find enjoyable and works for how I like to create. Work with what you have available and whatever suits you.
I love spaces like this where it's clear the artist is buying the right tools for them rather than what everyone else has.

same! very focused and straight up workflow. not too less not too much.
So sick. He's just messing about and this is already one of my fav tracks of his. Love these studio tour videos! Thanks!
It’s always best when it’s free flowing for me, it’s all about me nailing a groove and that’s when I’m at my happiest
@@melladee_ Keep it up legend. And thanks for the studio tour. So great to see behind the curtain.
Thank you! yes such a banger and only took 10 minutes haha
Awesome and inspiring how fast and instinctively he works!
I find it works best for me to just get out of the way of myself in the sense of just making decisions and not pondering on things to much
Need more studio videos from this!!
check out our channel, we release a bunch over that lasts years :)

More like this!
this guy got the best vibe
Big up

@@melladee_ Also I was curious how you used your Distressor and Sherman Filter.
Sick guy
🤝
Gear seems to be really well synced (MIDI wise). You using something like an E-RM?
Boss :D
i would watch him for hours doing this 👌🏻
It’s just about trying to enjoy myself and make some strange noises, keeps me entertained

Why is he talking like this?
Doncaster accent with a bit of London Street mixed in
