    I love these videos you post on every update,they have guide me through till I finished my Aeronautical Engineering.

    Wouldn’t it better to loosen the b nuts from fuel manifolds while waiting for the penetration oil to soak? It is very easy to bend the fuel manifold tubes from loosen the nuts if the fuel nozzle is already loose at form the experience I have with RR engines.

    Are all fuel nozzles physically the same, and interchangeable? e.g. No.17 nozzle can be installed at No.1 location and also functionally without problem?

    Good procudere information, but there was a opened port, uncovered, just above the fuel nozzle.

      that is the igniter port
      sure it must have been covered trust me you don't wand an FOD or an IOD in the combustion chamber

    why is yellow tape to be use to blank the open area in all GE engine?

    Not a difficult job for qualified mechanics, once my colleague broke the bolt of fastening the oil supply fitting into the bearing support, so the use of penetrating lubricant is mandatory

    How can you pretend this is an easy job? We fly 18 fucking 787’s and the four bolts never come out this easy. What a stupid design!!!
