glad you will be taking a break from working just to work on You! I think you would make an excellent life coach and/or decorator. Doing some consulting in education may seem like a natural next step but I would recommend waiting. Having now been in education almost 30 years, I would not recommend it any more. It is really draining on your soul and the amount of work & efforts it takes is just too all encompassesing . You are truly blessed to have the time and ability to pivot if you want too. You will totally succeed at doing TH-cam full time. Not one question in my mind. Give it 6 months doing all the things, consistent upload schedule, etc. Don't doubt yourself and just do the things. If it is what you want...you will succeed!! I started watching when you were at about 18,000 subscribers. The ONLY reason you haven't grown leaps and bounds is because you have not had the time to devote to it consistently. I truly believe this Christopher. Sending you all the good vibes!
I was thrilled to be able to order a shirt from your merch! As a retired educator ( 36 years in elementary school), I know what you mean about mixed emotions leaving a position that was so much of my life that it became my identity. I was excited to be able to follow a new dream, yet afraid. I was sad leaving my friends, leaving the world of being someone others counted on, and being a mentor/ role model/cheerleader/ guider gave me moments…who am I kidding…years of emptiness and longing for all the excitement and rewarding days I spent in my dream job. It has been 11 years in June since I turned back once more to look at my classroom and turn off the lights, and I wouldn’t recommend that to anyone. It is when the tears came. I love being retired but I also loved my career. I was lucky and found exactly what made my heart happy. You will do that, too. Give it time. Think about where your heart truly lies before making a decision. Meditate, pray, talk to your parents and Steven. The right answer will come, maybe divinely from your beloved grandma. ❤ Congratulations on your new journey! As someone who moved across the country from Chicago to San Diego to build a new life, I am all too familiar with the range of emotions from happy and excited for the new life to sad to leave the old life and sad it did not work out. Although you tried to hide it, we could definitely tell there was a spark missing more towards the end of last year. I found myself again and I am confident you will too. Taking some time off will really help put things in prospective for you and lead you in the right direction. I’m excited for you and Steven. Sometimes starting over is just what one needs. We just moved from Cincinnati to Austin. It has taken quite a while to make the adjustment. I can’t say I miss those gray winter days in Ohio. You do have a job right now. It’s called moving which, as you already know becomes all encompassing. Safe travels I will keep you in my prayers.
Excited for you! The skittish behavior is very much a poodle thing. My Schmidt is about the same age and he does the same thing. I've been told that around age 4-5 that settles down! I'm sure she'll do great!

We were a military family.Hubby was in army 21 years and his father also 21 years.Hubby literally lived in like 50 places around world He retired at 39 and we are in Indiana.Thsts home.I missed family alot. You will love the south..Gonna be like vacation..Hubby just retired for 2nd time.He literally worked since 16..army at 17.Its an adjustment but a great feeling too knowing your on your schedule.We are planning beach vaca with grandkids now.

I would suggest maybe getting a runner down your stairs for the fur babies. My Finn wouldn’t go upstairs, so I had to put a runner in. Exciting times 🥰❤️

You must be staying the 3 weeks either in NODA or Plaza Midwood if it's an artsy area. Myers Park and Dillworth are both beautiful areas of town. I have the same issue with my dog as you have with Bubba. She's 16 and my whole place is hardwoods so i have runners everywhere she goes so she never has to walk on the hardwoods. Doesn't really look how I'd like but her comfort is top priority. Maybe you should consider going into interior design as a profession or opening your own store?
