What upset me most this year was the Idie Game awards, which was won by the newest title in the lineup, as opposed to what I personally thought were the better games. It was a battle between Dave the Diver and Pizza Tower and this Cocoon game that released later into the year won simply off of being fresh in peoples' minds.. It was upsetting to me.

Personally I have to disagree with Pyro’s “no games” take. Like there were literally a bunch of games announced to come out next year or the year after . If he said “there’s so many games being announced that I have no interest in” that’s one thing. I also felt like there were a bunch of games I don’t have an interest in (and because a majority are next-Gen only as I sit here with my Switch and PS4) but he just says “no games no games” yeah some are remakes, a lot aren’t big triple A games but that doesn’t mean there’s no games.
