Hey! Keep most of your movements controlled, fluid and slow. Only make the explosive movements fast, powerful but controlled (so you can train your power and acceleration) :) Happy training!

I recommend training this workout 1 or 2 times per week. Try to train your core, flexibility and mobility during the week as well :)
