      Hello! 1-2 rounds are great 💪
      If the mobility workout is a light workout, it can be done on the same day :)
      Just make sure you listen to your body and rest when you need to! 👊 Happy training!

      Hey! Keep most of your movements controlled, fluid and slow. Only make the explosive movements fast, powerful but controlled (so you can train your power and acceleration) :) Happy training!

      I recommend training this workout 1 or 2 times per week. Try to train your core, flexibility and mobility during the week as well :)

    As expert, I do believe Episoketren System is good way to increase your soccer skills. Why don't you give it a chance? maybe it'll work for you too.
