Now Johnny, from that open floor, imagine looking down and see 5 million people on those streets. That's how crazy the celebration for the world cup was, an absolute apocalypse of people.
Absolutely loved this video, Johnny! Your insights into Buenos Aires as a seasoned digital nomad destination are super helpful.. I've been considering it for a while now. But I'll be heading to Ukraine first
Hi Johnny Thank you for sharing of your video. Great and Amazing for you to be in Buenos Aires.Hope one day I will get opportunity to visit some countires in South America. I have known a nice friend - an older gentle man from this city but relocated to Sweden for 40 years cause of Politicle Situation in the past time. Very kind and generous. Best Wishes and Stay safe. Johnny, A very wonderful place (WOW, WOW, WOW). Looking forward to more. Question: I know you don't have the latest phone tech, but with so many phones that have eSIM capabilities, why not download the app and use them to get the internet you need? Or is it cheaper (better deal) to get a real SimCard? I ask because it would see easier to use eSim than running around looking for a real card.
It's MUCH cheaper to use a local sim card. An eSIM is around $6 per gb, which would be around $120 for an average monthly plan which locally would be $30 or less.
Hi Johnny! First time watching your videos. I'm glad you enjoyed Buenos Aires! Regarding the Beef, you have to try eating some in a real Parrilla (Grill Shop) to taste the authentic meat flavor that made Argentinian beef so famous worldwide. You won't find it if you go to those trendy bars or restaurants located in touristy areas like Palermo or Recoleta. And it gets even better if you eat meals prepared by the Gauchos on the country side. Bear it in mind for a next time. Cheers!!
Another great video w/ your wonderful fellow Digital Nomads. Being south of the Equator, it must be like March would be north of the Equator, thus the winter clothing.
Because of Argentina's latest economic issues, I was under the impression that a lot of business in Argentina would prefer to be paid in USD, rather than Argentinian Pesos. Is that not true?
@@bobhope4288 No. The dollar is used as a way to protect itself from inflation. that savings do not lose value. On a daily basis many or most use the local currency.

That unfated currency you had in Italy withe the lire. 10.000 lire 12 $ in the 90"s Miljonair, it goes as quickly as it comes ! All that partying some work and the gym isn't r a luxury, well some dancing but that's only part of the journey !
If you think steak in Argentina doesn't taste different than the US then you either ate it at a bad place or there is something wrong with your taste buds. Argentinian steak is like butter, nothing else like it.
Man you have one heck of an appetite! You seem to be stuffing food more than half the time in your waking hours. And the proof is showing right on your self.
I think it looks cold. Can you go to Uruguay too? I don't mind to be an expat, but I like something warmer. I am in Southern California now. I would consider Trujillo Peru. I think for western coast America, Peru is good. I like something like Hawaii weather, but in South America.
Yeah yes she was. Jeez make a mountain out of a molehill why don't you. Find yourself a hobby friend so you can stop being offended by little things when there is none.
So that organization wants people to come work remotely from Argentia. Lots of people can work remotely so it makes sense people move to a city they enjoy to work
Yes, Yerba Mate from the get go!!!! 🧉🧉🧉 Yeah, it's bitter to start but turns into something like baked bread and/or nuts w/candied fruit once you get used to it.
They definitely have their own “style”. Very interesting and the empanadas look yum yum. Thanks for sharing.😊❤

You check on spendings, That is what nomads are about.
The nomad visa in portugal i think you need 3300 euros a month but just wondering what is the salary requirement in Argentina
It’s lower here, maybe even like $1,000. I can’t remember specifically if there was even a number, but they just want to see remote income.
@@JohnnyFD wow 🤩
Have you thought of an E sim Johnny? I have seen other TH-camrs recommending them. You probably have but just thought I’d say just in case.
Yes I resorted into using one =)
@@JohnnyFD Ah good. Pleased that worked out for you.
I've always wanted to visit arentina.

That first place I ate was just okay, like a good steak in other countries. But wait until the next video where I find the butter. =)
Oh man, i got hungry watching you eat empanadas 🥟

Do you need cash in BA? Or will most places take credit cards?
how any other city of world, you need a few cash, but the credit cards are accept by almost everyone. Sorry for my bad english. Im from Buenos Aires
@@danielavila_arg Thanks for your response!

Not gonna get any action there with the ladies, you'll soon see it for yourself.

In Argentina it is also very hot. You just have to go in December, January and February. The temperatures vary but also reach 40 degrees.
@@gabrielfernandez1507 i think Johnny should stay those months in Argentina to show how hot it could be for expats.
Was that lady being culturally insensitive by saying China, when there were no persons there from China?
Yeah yes she was. Jeez make a mountain out of a molehill why don't you. Find yourself a hobby friend so you can stop being offended by little things when there is none.
They look chinese, so they say china. Argentines dont make an effort in distinguishing each nation when dealing with foreigners

Lol Johnny, no asking people questions about food when their mouth is full. She couldn't answer you
I don't anything called Mondongo. They make it with tripe. the lining of the stomach or intestines of a pig or cow.
nice, any prospects for romance for you?
In Argentina? Yes, about 23 million. The Women are Beautiful here! 😍
Dude, just buy a microphone
I own one, but it doesn’t work with my type of on the go, authentic vlogging. If Apple would make one that stays connected I’d buy it in a heartbeat.
GREAT camera work... awesome 👍😎
You should check out Antares yachts while youre there... catamarans i use to make about 20 years ago...its in buenos aires
wow, nice to see you are over here man. Welcome =)

Why aren’t you in Obolon?
