Happy 2024!!! And thank you!
Man I’m so glad I found your vid absolutely what I was hoping to find when I searched up replacing lifters on my Ls engine. About to do them along with gaskets on my Holden commodore Cheers from NZ 🇳🇿

Hello Sir Please, please make longer Videos. Can't wait to see the next video. 👍🏼👌🤙
Thank You!! That is awesome to hear that you enjoy my videos. I usually try to keep them short because most people only watch 40% of them
Nice budget thread chaser👍 ... I use the same thread chaser on all major bolt holes, clean threads = accurate torque
It works in a pinch and saves the $$$
Solid video man, helped me a ton on what to keep an eye out for on my tear down. Keep the videos coming!
Thank you so much!! I have had very little feedback from this video. I appreciate your input
What was the step where the lifters were sitting in oil? What I gotta do ?
That was soaking the lifters. Just to fill them with oil to help with building oil pressure on first start
So did you afm delete this motor? Thank you for the very knowledgeable video!
No. This is an older motor that did not have it. Otherwise I would have done the delete. Thanks : )
does the engine need to be out of the truck to do this?
No. this engine just happened to be out while I painted the engine bay. You can totally do this with the engine in
How good is the summit racing lifters kit
So far so good. I read a lot of reviews involving lifter failure. These seemed to have the best reviews.
Did you check the cam bearings, because I don’t remember seeing them in this video.
I checked them in the video where I replaced the cam
Skipped right over installing the rockers and slapped the valve cover on.
yea.. not important..but yes I overshot that part of the video : /
