That's really nice, not to pricey. I just built out a 6x6x10 cargo trailer. I did a very basic build which include a front galley and a stand up shower with a composting toilet area, my total cost was $8200....
Sounds like you put together a great looking and functional trailer.
Really interested in this, but was curious how effective the air "cooler" unit would be down there in Tucson AZ in the summer when the "oven" kicks on (June-Oct)? Hiker Trailers has a pretty effective AC unit option available, wondering how this one stacks up.
I like the one door
So do we. We recently went from dual doors to the single door. Better design and easier access to the propane tank.
Very nice trailer. What are your lead times on builds?
Our current lead time is 4 months.
What's the tow rate?
This model sits at about 1,400 lbs. dry weight. Suggested vehicle towing capacity is a minimum 2,500 lbs.
I’m in Wisconsin, where can I go to see one?
Still over priced for what your getting
lost me at $15,000
I like this, I can see a lot of potential for more, too. If you're going to do a single door, maybe consider a gullwing style. It's an advantage to be able to have instant shelter over your kitchen if you just want to make a quick lunch or are exhausted when you hit camp and just want a meal and to throw yourself in bed 🥱
Thanks for the tips!
some great ideas in here :)
Glad you like them!
