Don't worry about how to approach a Free-lancer, the best way I can explain it is like this: They (the girls) are like military grade Snipers, they have you in their sights from a mile away, while you are naively thinking you have the drop on them but in reality you are walking right into their kill zone. Wow, I'm next door in Cambodia and while things are not exactly back to normal and the bars are still "closed", the need for food handouts has past. Bear in mind that Cambodia has done an amazing job of getting people vaccinated.

However if you are not vaccinated it is 14 days in a quarantine hotel to the tune of $1500. Everything is back open with proof of vaccination to enter some business, but it is spotilly enforced.

You don't need to find freelancers they will find you!. However not everything is for sale all the time and some punters forget this. I've seen guys roll into top end bars looking like they just climbed out of a dumpster and get shot down by the Princesses of that particular bar , these unkept dirty dudes then get all bent out of shape. Obviously though the top end popular girls will choose their customers and you need to be on your grooming/ hygiene game or they will pass you up.

Great video mate :) I’ve had some great experiences with freelancers out of Ibar, insomnia and Lucifers . Definitely read the cues from the girl as it’s not like a Gogo or soapie place where they have no choice in who the go with. I’ve had a few girls who were clearly not interested but the girl next them was very keen and just as lovely - and believe me the ones who go with you because they like the look of you see the money as a bonus when they are a freelancer. Especially the girls who have a day job and only occasionally do freelancing to supplement their income. I’d recommend especially if you talk about a LT fee with a girl (my preferred at 3 am when leaving the club) make sure the girl agrees and knows she is agreeing to LT and doesn’t think this is ST. This has happened to me twice overall but was a bit awkward and unpleasant.

My experience with freelancers: When I was there in 2011, they totally ignored me. If I tried to strike up a conversation, they looked at me like I was a nuisance. When I went to the Beer Bar and put my coaster green side up, they just passed me by. Now I’ve never considered myself to be particularly good looking or particularly ugly, but that trip was very disheartening. Happily, when I went back a few years later, I had better luck; still, I think I’d rather go to a bar and watch them walk by with no expectations. That way I’m never disappointed.

I went to Beach Rd one night after a few too many. I was looking for a specific type of girl. I found these girls to be of average quality. Stick to Walking St or nearby A-gogos for the top quality girls. I found my GF in a massage shop of all places. She gave a great massage and I asked her on a date, which she agreed of course. I have seen her every time I returned. I still occasionally get some side action just to change things up a little.

CoE, numerous costly [and for some, very painful] PCR tests, mandatory expensive Thai insurance (that personally, I wouldn't trust to be worth the paper it's written on!), mask wearing in open public spaces, and (for most) no alcohol being [openly] available. Add to that a piss-poor exchange rate, and places like the Med and Florida being opened right up now, only those really desperate for a shag are going to consider it! 🤣🤣🤣

I've never had an issue with friends I've met at the coconut bar. Be a little careful with apps like TF though as the pictures dont always match the person that shows up. It will sometimes be the same person but a much older/heavier etc version of the girl in the pic ;) I've never used ST rooms. Dont see the point when I have already paid for a nice comfy hotel room. Plus wherever you are staying it wont be all that far from wherever you happen to be. A quick Baht bus or motocy taxi and you'll be there in a flash :)

It is really impossible to enjoy one's visit when so many of the locals are living under such desperation and with the city looking so dead - it's inevitable to get the guilt feeling watching the poor inhabitants.
Mate best and most accurate way is to just use a booking website like Agoda for up to date hotels and when you book the room book for two people with you as the lead name

A few people have asked for recommendations as regards accommodation on or near the Beach Road. I can recommend the Seven Zea Chic Hotel on Beach Road Soi 5. I used to stay there a lot before I bought my home in Pattaya.
Lek hotel 2nd rd.... used to be a pretty good hotel (haven't stayed there for 6/7 years though so I don't really know how it is know though) fairly certain it is NOT a short time hotel tho...... 850 baht a night for a cheapish room in low season should make that clear, however Visa house beach rd end soi 7/8? Is deffo a short time hotel I think it was about 200 baht for 2 hours. But I haven't stayed in there for about 7ish years either. So I don't even know if it'd even open.

My experience in Thailand regarding hotels is book a room for two then normaly the hotel will not charge you extra when you bring back a guest but they will normaly take your guests id card which she will collect when she leaves.Only time i got charged extra for a guest was when i stayed at a top 5 star hotel in Pattaya ( 1000 baht a night ) and at another hotel when i brought back two guests ( charged me 300 baht ) ,didnt bother me was worth it especially the two guests together.What i do mainly now is book an apartment rather than a hotel,no bother bringing back guests then but i do still book for two people,saves a lot of grief.

But in the end your always trying for the bullseye. I had a few over the years. All it is you find the 1 that's going hard or going home, see I figure with freelancers they are in it for what they can get out of you so you have to pay the favor back 10 fold if possible. I got 1 in Patong 1 night in the old tiger night club, I spoke to her friend first. Told her I was up for 2 ladies, I wasn't that drunk only had about 4 beers. So anyways she just ignored me first off, but when her friend went cold on the idea of a threesome. She stepped up to the plate, I gather she must of needed the money to pay her room, man she was dark skin go go dancer from Samui, mate what a night and half the next day she had a very good shape. And 1 of the most vigorous appetite for fun. Needless to say time well spent and worth every bit of 2000 baht, and that was early 2000,s when if you give a lady 1200 to 1500 that was plenty. But like I said you always remember the greatest times, I have had several freelancers but I dare say she was 1 of the best ever.seeya mate

I went to Beach Rd one night after a few too many. I was looking for a specific type of girl. I found these girls to be of average quality. Stick to Walking St or nearby A-gogos for the top quality girls.

CoE, numerous costly [and for some, very painful] PCR tests, mandatory expensive Thai insurance (that personally, I wouldn't trust to be worth the paper it's written on!), mask wearing in open public spaces, and (for most) no alcohol being [openly] available. Add to that a piss-poor exchange rate, and places like the Med and Florida being opened right up now, only those really desperate for a shag are going to consider it! 🤣🤣🤣

I've never had an issue with friends I've met at the coconut bar. Be a little careful with apps like TF though as the pictures dont always match the person that shows up. It will sometimes be the same person but a much older/heavier etc version of the girl in the pic ;)
I've never used ST rooms. Dont see the point when I have already paid for a nice comfy hotel room. Plus wherever you are staying it wont be all that far from wherever you happen to be. A quick Baht bus or motocy taxi and you'll be there in a flash :)

A few people have asked for recommendations as regards accommodation on or near the Beach Road. I can recommend the Seven Zea Chic Hotel on Beach Road Soi 5. I used to stay there a lot before I bought my home in Pattaya.

Lek hotel 2nd rd.... used to be a pretty good hotel (haven't stayed there for 6/7 years though so I don't really know how it is know though) fairly certain it is NOT a short time hotel tho...... 850 baht a night for a cheapish room in low season should make that clear, however Visa house beach rd end soi 7/8? Is deffo a short time hotel I think it was about 200 baht for 2 hours. But I haven't stayed in there for about 7ish years either. So I don't even know if it'd even open.

My experience in Thailand regarding hotels is book a room for two then normaly the hotel will not charge you extra when you bring back a guest but they will normaly take your guests id card which she will collect when she leaves.Only time i got charged extra for a guest was when i stayed at a top 5 star hotel in Pattaya ( 1000 baht a night ) and at another hotel when i brought back two guests ( charged me 300 baht ) ,didnt bother me was worth it especially the two guests together.What i do mainly now is book an apartment rather than a hotel,no bother bringing back guests then but i do still book for two people,saves a lot of grief.

Good stuff Buzz just gotta catch some of the sensational natives. Chasing freelancers is like throwing darts, sometimes you hit the doubles and if your real lucky the odd triples. But in the end your always trying for the bullseye. I had a few over the years. All it is you find the 1 that's going hard or going home, see I figure with freelancers they are in it for what they can get out of you so you have to pay the favor back 10 fold if possible. I got 1 in Patong 1 night in the old tiger night club, I spoke to her friend first. Told her I was up for 2 ladies, I wasn't that drunk only had about 4 beers. So anyways she just ignored me first off, but when her friend went cold on the idea of a threesome. She stepped up to the plate, I gather she must of needed the money to pay her room, man she was dark skin go go dancer from Samui, mate what a night and half the next day she had a very good shape. And 1 of the most vigorous appetite for fun. Needless to say time well spent and worth every bit of 2000 baht, and that was early 2000,s when if you give a lady 1200 to 1500 that was plenty. But like I said you always remember the greatest times, I have had several freelancers but I dare say she was 1 of the best ever.seeya mate
