This was (in my opinion) the best hello neighbor game because when the chase music kicks in you get a sense of impending doom that’s scary and the art style was more realistic and I also like that the neighbor didn’t need to be fast he was just really smart I also like it wasn’t all puzzles and it was more stealth
I think that alphas one and two worked better then the final game mostly because of the shorter length and the house not being as overwhelming or confusing.
@@tomiokagiyuu6658 I feel like there being little consequence to being caught is what does it. The Neighbor should take away your progress, nail the boards back on the door, lock it with the padlock again, maybe hide it on a different spot, on top of having improved measures of defense.

I don't know why but the old versions (pre alpha, alpha 1 and alpha 3) had such a crisp feel and clean gameplay (alpha 3 is debatable) and all the new versions have mushy feeling mechanics.
Idk why they thought the art style of having every object look uneven was good in the final release. This is such a better look, everything has nice straight lines, even corners yet still has that original cartoony style. so weird to say and alpha is better than its full release.
Hello Neighbor isn't only a game but an emotion and the childhood, the one who were 9-13 yrs old in 2016-19 can understand if they have played this game.
This is my favorite version, it is Just a pre-alpha with a bigger house and more scary music Nice! My favorite, even better than pre-alpha or the final release It is better than Pre-alpha because it has a lot bigger house, more mysteries, 3 types of Neighbor's music while Pre Alpha has only 1, more place to hide etc. And it is better than the new versions because of the scary music, funny bugs and the special atmosphere which has only Hello Neighbor Prototype, Pre-alpha or This Alpha 1. And Alpha 1 is the best to me

It would be cool that they will release a remastering of alpha 1 where you can access the other floors and access the train as in the current versions and navigate more in the basement.

BluBambi you are wrong. In Act 3 you have to get the red gramophone to get rid of the plants, then drop something into the machine and then get the green key. But it doesn't have the same feeling.

3 creepy things about alpha one... 1: The neighbor (AKA Mart which is what FGTeeV calls him when he got stuck in a wall in the second Alpha 3 gamplay, so he called him Wallmart) Can actually go on your side for no reason sometimes... 2: The player model is invisible so the car is driving on its own in the intro. 3: The ending.

The alpha 1 is scary, more polished, not lazy, not rushed, interesting, and so much better than the final release

In my opinion, Alpha 1 is the best version of them all, also the most nostalgic.
