Peach Iced Tea Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
4 Peaches (medium diced)
2 cups Sugar
3-4 Tea bags
5 cups Water
1 tsp Lemon zest (optional)
Directions:
In a large saucepan, add peaches, 2 cups water, sugar and lemon zest.
Bring it to a light simmer, cover and cook until peaches skin gets dark for about 15 to 20 minutes.
With a masher, mash the peaches and continue simmering for about 10 more minutes.
Strain the peach mixture through a strainer and discard the solids. Set aside.
Boil 3 cups water, add tea bags in it and let it steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Then discard the tea bags.
Add tea in a pitcher, stir in the peach syrup, gradually add water. Mix it well.
Note: be sure to taste the mixture as you increase the water until you get perfect sweetness preference.
If you think your tea is not sweet enough add sugar according to your preference. Or if it's too sweet add water.
Refrigerate until chilled.
Stir before serving and pour over the ice to serve.
Garnish with mint and fresh peach slices if desired.

آڑوں کی گھٹلی نکال کر کاٹ لیں۔
اب ایک پین میں آڑو، پانی، چینی اور لیموں کے چھلکے ڈال کر ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر پندرہ سے بیس منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
پھر آڑوں کو میش کر لیں اور دس منٹ اور ڈھکن سے ڈھانپ کر دم پر رکھ دیں۔
اب آڑوں کے مکسچر کو چھان کر سائیڈ پر رکھ دیں۔
پھر ایک پین میں پانی ابال لیں اور اس میں ٹی بیگ ڈال کر پندرہ منٹ کے لئے دم پر رکھ دیں۔
اب ٹی بیگ نکال ایک دوسرے جگ میں ٹی، آڑو ں کا سیرپ اور پانی ڈال کراچھی طرح مکس کریں او ر ٹھنڈا ہونے کے لئے فریج میں رکھ دیں۔
پھر ایک مگ میں بڑف کے ٹکڑے اور تیار کیا ہوا سیرپ ڈال کر اچھی طرح مکس کر کے سرو کریں۔

پکانے کا وقت: 40منٹ

yeah please do and add only a little bit of sugar or honey because the peaches already have a good sweet n sour taste and I made this on a hot summer day and it was so so refreshing and good and also I reccommend adding Lemon zest and juice to it
