  • So this is the start of a little series i want to make, "Wishlist" for Skull and Bones. Things I would like to see in the game, but I'm still happy without.
    Any suggestions are welcomed.

So this video is all about suggestions, things that I and My community think would be pretty fun to have in Skull and Bones. Im going to make more videos for the "Wishlist" idea, if you've got any ideas you want me to talk about drop it below. Thanks :)

    Copy-paste my comment from reddit:
I definitely like those ideas. My only complaint about sea monsters is that so far we have only saw a single ship that seems capable of hunting wildlife in the game, and that is the small raft called dhow. Unless we get a better version of the dhow in game hunting those sea monsters would feel like just hunting bigger crocodiles or sharks. I am all in for some River Monsters hunting like the Jeremy Wade tv program, but the mechanics and gameplay for that should be expanded, hopefully towards something similar to the Netflix movie “The Sea Beast”. Then hunting krakkens and leviathans would fit into the game. Of course, each monster would do different kind of damages to the ship, like piercing, crushing or flooding in order to make the player be ready and prepare the ship armor accordingly.
Now, about ship bosses. The Flying Dutchman should not attack with cannons, it was originally a merchant ship, but by pure ramming. If it’s captain sold his soul to the devil for wind, the ship should move devilry fast, be hard to hit while moving and use that speed to ram the player.
Next, boss ships in each corner of the map, in their own zones behind loading screens if necessary. Those zones could host the 5 vs 5 vs NPC fights we saw in the original 2017 gameplay, but before being able to enter those areas the player must enter those zones solo and defeat a special ship in order to unlock these pvp fights. The bosses could be hybrid type of ships: a portuguese schooner (navigation+cargo) for the southwest corner, an ottoman polacre or xebec (navigation+firepower) for the northwest, a chinese junk (cargo+firepower) for the northeast corner and a spanish galleon (navigation+cargo+firepower) for the southeast corner. By defeating these ships the player can earn the schematics to build them and get their own, but these shouldn’t be overpowered, just have a different gameplay and stats.
