I like these interviews. No bullshit, talking the blunt truth no matter how dark. These guys (SAS, SBS, Military) are the real HARDMEN of the human race. It makes the gangsters in Cities who carry knives, rob people, and sell drugs seem absolutely pathetic. The amount of balls and motivation it must take to do the job they do is phenomenal. We can learn a great deal from their wisdom, life lessons, and mindsets. Respect. Great video guys!

I am so happy to hear this from someone from The Regiment. It took me many years to realise the power of mindfulness and tracing my past actions. The military on a whole should be doing mindfulness. As a young kid, I was already mentally in the army (The Royal Green Jackets) before I actually did basic training. I did it so often that by the time I got to the battalion, it felt totally natural.

His story about the foot injury remined me of the Royal Navy field gun team member who lost a finger in an accident with a 200lb field gun wheel and just shrugged and carried on. One of his team mates found it and stuck it in his pocket as a souvenir.

One of the best descriptions of someone's mind I've ever heard. Epic. This man is something correct.
