Chicken & Potato Spring Rolls Filling❗️

- Spring rolls are everyone's favourite, crispy and delcious and perfect to freeze and eat later.
30 Spring Roll Filling Cooking Time
Dairy Free
Ingredients
• 100ml vegetable oil
• 3 Onions
• 2 tsp Garlic/Ginger Paste
• 1kg Chicken mince
• 2 tbsp CURRY MADRAS (use code Justtastethisnow for £5 off jspc.es/TasteT... )
• 1 tsp chilli powder
• 1 tbsp tomato paste
• 1 tsp whole cumin
• 1 turkish chilli
• 3 medium potatoes
• Sprinkle coriander
• 1 tbsp dried fenugreek leaves
Method
1- heat oil in pan
2- sautte onions until softened
3- Add Chicken, garlic/ginger, curry madras and chilli powder
4- give it a mix on medium heat
5- Add tomato paste, turkish chilli and stir again while you dice the potatoes
6- add potatoes and reduce heat, lid on for 20minutes until potatoes have softened.
7- Add coriander and dried fenugreek leaves and full heat until excess moisture has gone and begins to stick to bottom of the pan
8- remove from heat and leave lid half on to allow steam to escape.
9- Once mixture has cooled down use to fill your spring rolls.
