I love using Carousell. I sold lot of my thing over there. But i didn't get one thing about this app. Listen, the purpose of Carousell is selling item that we don't want or maybe limited edition or trade in with other people. But in my case, my acc got blocked for selling counterfeit item. For example, i sell a lot of my preloved shirt, books and other. Yes some of my shirt were original, and some of them aren't. I have stated that this item is preloved, their condition, their grade on the description. So it's up to buyer if they want to have it or not. I don't understand this non-counterfeit policy. Buyer have a choice and i don't forcing them to bought it. I hope Carousell team can think about it. As a seller who depends their sources it's hard for them. Thanks
Hi sir! What if I have changed the item to be sold, can I change it to reserved? because I want to get a review from the buyer but I have pressed the sold button before the buyer gets their item so I can’t get review from them. So how?
Hi, you can email Carousell Support to reinstate the item sold. Or you could just ask your buyer to make offer/leave review on another listing that works too
I think you are talking about listings that were already listed as SOLD? Either you re-list the item or you ask carousell team to re-instate the listing to available.

Chats will help too, if your Likes are low
Deleting and relist does not work anymore, it is considered a duplicate and carousell removes them
You have to use a different photo and make the title different- it will work
