Nice haul, unlike me with enough greens to feed an elephant for two weeks, lol. That big spinach size I'll usually get two of arugula and two of baby kale, thats the base for lunch each week (baby elephant size).
Don't get the peanuts at Sams - I buy tons of produce there as well (love the almond milk too!) but the "plain roasted peanuts" actually have gelatin??? Never thought I needed to read the ingredients for "plain nuts" - crazy!! I hope the mixed nuts don't. I'm going to get those next time I go in. I make my own trail mix for my husband so I buy nuts in bulk (sams or sprouts on sale) then add dried cranberries.
Amanda I’m so lost! I’m in recovery from an eating disorder and I’m slowly getting better each day (yay!) but, I used to be crazy addicted to counting calories, so I stopped that. But now I fear I’m not eating enough! I have lost my period and I’m still working on getting it back! (I also cut back exercise A LOT in the past few weeks in order to regain my period, but as a result my appetite has decreased). I try to eat intuitively but as I’m underweight and I have HA, I don’t know if I can. I don’t want to track calories and weigh myself consistently anymore because I’m scared that will be too triggering and push me right back into a relapse. I don’t really know what to do anymore 😅😅
I personally enjoy tis kind, a day in the life, qanda, what i eat in a day (vegan stuff of course :p) just my preference! Im starting to like longer videos that are someones a week in my life + what I eat in day @@amandavsevilla

I like the Sprouts and Sam’s Club too. You can sew your own produce bags with fabric scraps or old shirts. Different patterns are always fun.

Try the Dave's Killer Bread English Muffins from Sprouts. Really high in protein and more importantly they taste really good.
