Cathy Afonso I have never fasted intentionally, but once I had beans on a VERY empty stomach and it was the worst! My tip for you is to not break your fast with beans😂. 19hrs is a long time, I have nothing but respect and admiration for you!

I often eat canned beans, rinse them with water till no more bubbles appear, sometimes warm them in the microwave. But sometimes, and embarrassingly at social events, my gas smells. ANY tips would be appreciated :)
I would like to know what you suggest for healthy weightloss? (Without restriction) I know you're not a professional but I'm really confused. Should I eat carbs or not?! Should I restrict calories or not?! Can I eat fruits because of the sugar or only in small amounts?! I am also not using salt because it is not necessary and stresses your kidneys extremely. Salt is not a spice and people are having to much of salt in their food, not tasting the actual food anymore. If you reduce your salt intake drastically or just cut it out, of course food will taste fade for the first time. But your tongue will be thankful for that and will eventually adapt to it so that soon you will be tasting all the natural food tastes. Use spices to pimp up your food, there's absolutely no need in salt :)

Their findings point to the dangers of people overdoing salt intake in their daily diets. High blood pressure, strokes, and kidney disease have all been associated with excessive salt intake.

The food in my fridge currently takes a quarter of space in it. My pantry is practically 99% MY food. Yeah, shows how much of a peanut butter hoarder I am!
It's a kind of seaweed, usually comes in strips, but flakes are way easier to put on stuff. Just like other seaweeds it is a good source of iodine (which is an important mineral, if you don't know it, look it up online :) ) Here in Holland we mix our table-salt with iodine, so that people get enough of it. It's also mandated to have a certain amount of high-iodine salt in our bread. But if you don't eat a lot of bread and don't use that much salt, things like seaweed can be a nice source to still get enough. Or a supplement.
