What are the parts called which control the up and down motion, and that valve control...what are the part numbers and who manufacturers them? Or, what names are they called so I can search for them?

I live in South Florida and this certainly would make extracting Coconut water a lot easier and much faster, and cleaner. Is the valve control and the cyclindrical device both together, considered a pneumatic actuator, or is that just teh cylindrical device the actuator part?
