The ways I mostly do it:
Lying down on my yoga mat, and holding it above me. Lying on my side on my yoga mat, and having it eye-level that way. Putting my elbows on my table to have it eye-level. When I'm out, I usually rest my elbows on my stomach. Putting one hand under the tricep to hold up the one arm.

I have been trying to fix my neck hump and the exercises help me so much for my neck and back pain (I haven't even looked at the hump anymore haha). It has helped me notice and adjust bad posture throughout the day too, obviously the phone causes a lot of it. This video came at the right time, I was wondering what alternatives there were other than just holding the arms up (which is so tiring). Thank you!

Developed a carpal-like nerve irritation radiating from the shoulder to elbow and wrist from lying on my back watching videos holding my phone.
This nerve impingement irritation started during lockdowns and has been constant whenever I use my phone lying in bed.
Ortho did an MRI and I learned it’s from neck disc degeneration so I’ll be utilizing these positions.
