you can get the Revan's Heir as a title. I have it as mine I also wear his mask. the jedi knight story line is the only class that is actually tied to revan in a way. I like to think wearing the mask is my character continuing Revan's promise to never take of the mask till the sith have been destroyed.

And if you want to use the argument that they were all "mid-level scrubs," well, the level cap for KOTOR was 20, and Revan spent the next 300 years in a prison. Probably didn't get a ton more training done.
The Imperial version of this fight is so much better than the Republic. I just love that epic one on one confrontation and Revan's breakdown and the Sith Warrior/Inquisitor standing up and whipping out their lightsaber like a badass. The Republic version really lacked that epic feeling. Revan acts like he barely considers the Republic a threat. In a way it makes sense, he probably dislikes the Emperor's Wrath quite a bit especially if you did the Foundry storyline.
I much more enjoyed pub Rishi, it had some funny lines which suited the pirate settings compared to the imp storyline that was all too serious. But imp Yavin was definitely better and gave more insight than the other faction. Besides a few stuffs don't make sense on the pub side like Marr who barely minded that you investigated the imperial guard training grounds before his men even when you try to push him.
AWLZooM I found the Imp Side on Yavin very straight forward and kinda boring, not much interaction with Pubs( Imp Agent). But when I played my Shadow , Marr talked a lot more and there was more explaining being done.

I doubt that they will join forces again. The Empire will likely have something to win from defeating the Emperor (like Marr could try to seize some secrets of the Emperor to earn more power) so I'd rather see each side fighting their own battle for their own gain.

The great galactic war in which this game takes place was the only time where the jedi and sith both had massive armies and were at their peaks in strength. I'm fine with them giving him a definitive personality, gender, and character arc but it was just hard for me to get over how disappointed I was with the ending of his story, which is, in my opinion, pretty depressing and leaves me with a hollow feeling inside. Not to mention, the whole Order of Revan cult thing kind of made me feel uncomfortable and somewhat disgusted.
I but they ruined Revans most interesting character arc how and why he became a sith. In kotor 2 it is explained Revan did not fall to the dark side for no reason, but swotor and the Revan book make him a brainwashed puppet to vitiate.
This isn't Revan. This is the dark Revan that was killed by Malak but is now a manifestation of the dark side. So this is not the real Revan. This is the part of him that died but was resurrected.
I really liked that ending and when he said that the empire grows and that the galaxy is ours to grasp let us reach and the flag and star ships start leaving the planet also my guild have a flag ship like that on the old republic.
I am addicted to this game and I can't wait for the next expansion of SWTOR. I have only my Gunslinger and Imperial Agent reach this part. It's an Awesome game!

I don't even know if that's the worst part of this expansion yet. I mean, did you guys forget sidequests with no dialogue, one leveling set, no gear for companions who at this point are 10 levels behind, 15 on average(not to mention irrelevant to the story), the fact that you kill the guy that's on the cover in a solo mission before you even hit 60, or the fact that we are are all nice people now?

I have played the KOTOR series and loved every minute of it, but you don't own this IP. I have no problem with canon being set by Bioware, after all, they made Revan in the first place.
I wish you could pick what level of DS corruption you are as you earn it. The early DS corruption actually looks really cool, but they went way over board with the later Corruption. I want my sith to look like a sith not like a zombie.
I feel like all the characters would be completely BA in killing the emperor, but I feel like it would be a job best suited for the inquisitor. So far, it looks like (s)he is the only one alive able to in any way combat spirits. Who knows? Maybe by advancing the forcewalk ritual made by Ergast to a stage where actually defeating or consuming (like Nihilus) spirits is made to be possible. Almighty Obsidian knows this game could use a better story.
Darth Malak My system is terribly outdated but some games do better than others... GTA V looks horrible if I want to keep some fluidity but on the other hand Witcher 3 looks pretty good.
Darth Malak Not really impressed. - the main quest line can be weak at times - except for one great quest most of the side quests are not that engaging and so similar (meet a NPC, go kill a ghoul, meet a NPC, go kill a wolf, etc.) - leveling is slow as hell and there is little sense of progression since skill points barely do any difference in your skills (basically you already have all your powers at the beginning, all you do is increasing their damage and you have one one chance to get an alternate version of your skill... which doesn't really look different except for the fire one) - the world is really immersive (the biggest city in the game is really well crafted) but it is not as much open world as they advertised it - the game is filled with annoying bugs (heck the last one in date, still not fixed to this day after it has been to their knowledge for one week, is just screwing you over XP gain when lvling is already so slow as I mentioned earlier) - and the list goes on. I give this to them, some parts are really well done... it's just in the middle of a bunch of weak stuffs and outdated design ideas.

Darth Malak You probably figured it out since that message... you should have a second terminal on your ship (not the holoterminal that you use through lvl 1-55) that points you to the Shadow of Revan quest line. If you have done Assault on Tython you have to complete the counterattack on Korriban. All these episodic quests - including Manaan and Rakata Prime - were released prior to the expansion but I think that they are incorporated to the quest line now.

Harvey Scicluna Well to be honest I think that after the Emperor's arc is done he will suffer the same fate as Malgus. I mean he is basically taking over the Dark Council with Nox, this can't end very well. So for some reason I don't see him sticking around for long. His character could use some development too. Malgus had a background prior to the release of the game with the various blogs and bios they had on their website and he had a presence (even though he was hardly seen which I guess contributed to the badass feeling) that Marr doesn't have.
after playing KOTOR for the first time I liked to think of Revan as female character that I made up who after finding the Star Forge originally ended up corrupted by it like the infinite empire was and launched an all out war on the galaxy throwing off the balance but then the jedi council was able to capture her and erased her memories and brought her back to the light path and the events of the game only to follow the same destiny only on the light side to return the galaxy to a balanced point. She finally fulfilled her promise to destroy the star forge and there forth constantly being reborn as neither jedi or sith but as a tool for the force to keep the galaxy in a flux that eventually finds balance to both sides. However coming to realize the destructive force the dark side is that would eventually eradicate itself and most things around it would only prevent the galaxy from progression. In the end she redeems her previous actions and disappears. Also after playing the first game and having already played the second one I see a lo of the second one as a copy and paste especially in some of the environments although it does have it's slight improvements like recruiting other members into jedi and the story aspect of Darth Traya and the recurring cycle of betrayal to create a new darth Traya out of the apprentice. Theses two games had excellent thought put into them and it is too bad that this level of story telling has stopped in the star wars games. These two games really signify what star wars is to me and the opportunity of story telling there is in the franchise under the right writers. I wish I could write a collection of movies for the star wars universe. They would have all the mystery and adventure that the KOTOR games have. The story would also have deep layers that people would be able to explore and consider.

Not necessarily, the expansion is also interesting to play as a Sith Warrior, who is the Emperor's Wrath for the record. Your personal class quest actually adresses the issue of being the Wrath and The Emperor also has a special line for you after defeating Revan.
Its when the emperor Imprisoned him in the Maelstrom prison, he was in a force field and his energy was drained trough 300 years so the emperor could sustain him self. Emperor grew stronger while Revan grew weaker.
That's right. The skin on his body blistered and his mask started to burn onto his face. Some of them But those scars form a pattern. I'm guessing Revan got the rest of his scars after fighting the Imperials in the Foundry, which explains why his armour would also be such a mess.
I'm still a little jumbled in terms of timelines. Sateele was after Luke in terms of Jedi Grnad Masters; right? Is the Emporer they're talking about Palpatine?

As soon as you see Revan in the beginning, I get sad because I really want his armor set...
two things.
1) whats with the different voice actor?
2) what armour is that sith wearing?
The character looks good for someone who earned the Mantle of Nox. Did you turn off the darkside corruption?
+Peter Hanson Yeah DS corruption just looks terrible on female characters.
I wish you could pick what level of DS corruption you are as you earn it. The early DS corruption actually looks really cool, but they went way over board with the later Corruption. I want my sith to look like a sith not like a zombie.
Why is the Imp version when you face Revan longer and better than when you face him as a Pub?

This is the childrens Star Wars game I guess. The one were everyone can be a superpower character and defeat every iconic SW legend.
Not really. That was one half of Revan and it was like 8 vs 1. And in KOTFE and KOTET, your charcter loses numerous fights. You get ragdolled
I feel like all the characters would be completely BA in killing the emperor, but I feel like it would be a job best suited for the inquisitor. So far, it looks like (s)he is the only one alive able to in any way combat spirits. Who knows? Maybe by advancing the forcewalk ritual made by Ergast to a stage where actually defeating or consuming (like Nihilus) spirits is made to be possible. Almighty Obsidian knows this game could use a better story.

Besides Revan being totally ruined by Bioware, the dialogue at the end when everybody jumps up to fight Revan is completely lame..

Darth Malak My system is terribly outdated but some games do better than others... GTA V looks horrible if I want to keep some fluidity but on the other hand Witcher 3 looks pretty good.

Darth Malak Not really impressed.
- the main quest line can be weak at times
- except for one great quest most of the side quests are not that engaging and so similar (meet a NPC, go kill a ghoul, meet a NPC, go kill a wolf, etc.)
- leveling is slow as hell and there is little sense of progression since skill points barely do any difference in your skills (basically you already have all your powers at the beginning, all you do is increasing their damage and you have one one chance to get an alternate version of your skill... which doesn't really look different except for the fire one)
- the world is really immersive (the biggest city in the game is really well crafted) but it is not as much open world as they advertised it
- the game is filled with annoying bugs (heck the last one in date, still not fixed to this day after it has been to their knowledge for one week, is just screwing you over XP gain when lvling is already so slow as I mentioned earlier)
- and the list goes on.
I give this to them, some parts are really well done... it's just in the middle of a bunch of weak stuffs and outdated design ideas.

revan was easily able to kill the emperor, just look when a simple jedi knight could beat him without much difficulty
+sarjento625 no he wasn't revan had help from meetra surik (the exile form kotor 2) and lord scourge and vitiate was only toying with him and revan still didn't even last a minute until he got taken out.

@@harrambou9468because vitiate now is focusing his power on 3 seperate bodies, tenebrae his og, sith emperor one and valkorian one, the jedi knight was able to beat him cuz 1. He likely didn’t care if he lost at this body 2. He was shit in lightsaber combat

Plot armor probably. The only one who would have realistically survived that engagement imo is Shae Viszla.

So guys I beat Illum and Makeb.. I picked up assault on tython but where or how do i start Rishi or Yavin? And how do i play the Revan story? I have the expansions and all but i never saw where it said to continue past makeb
Darth Malak You probably figured it out since that message... you should have a second terminal on your ship (not the holoterminal that you use through lvl 1-55) that points you to the Shadow of Revan quest line. If you have done Assault on Tython you have to complete the counterattack on Korriban. All these episodic quests - including Manaan and Rakata Prime - were released prior to the expansion but I think that they are incorporated to the quest line now.

***** I've got 14 lvl 60's lol. But I am taking a break myself. I have been on a Total War binge the last week or so and just bought seasons 1-3 of vikings, completed my Game Of Thrones collection to date, and just bought a few new Naruto Shippuden boxsets. I'll be busy for a while plus I kinda want to save up for a WII U and so i unsubscribed. Wii U has a lot of 1st party exclusives I want.

Well to be honest I think that after the Emperor's arc is done he will suffer the same fate as Malgus. I mean he is basically taking over the Dark Council with Nox, this can't end very well. So for some reason I don't see him sticking around for long.
His character could use some development too. Malgus had a background prior to the release of the game with the various blogs and bios they had on their website and he had a presence (even though he was hardly seen which I guess contributed to the badass feeling) that Marr doesn't have.
That outfit of his would be a sick mod for KOTOR
after playing KOTOR for the first time I liked to think of Revan as female character that I made up who after finding the Star Forge originally ended up corrupted by it like the infinite empire was and launched an all out war on the galaxy throwing off the balance but then the jedi council was able to capture her and erased her memories and brought her back to the light path and the events of the game only to follow the same destiny only on the light side to return the galaxy to a balanced point. She finally fulfilled her promise to destroy the star forge and there forth constantly being reborn as neither jedi or sith but as a tool for the force to keep the galaxy in a flux that eventually finds balance to both sides. However coming to realize the destructive force the dark side is that would eventually eradicate itself and most things around it would only prevent the galaxy from progression. In the end she redeems her previous actions and disappears. Also after playing the first game and having already played the second one I see a lo of the second one as a copy and paste especially in some of the environments although it does have it's slight improvements like recruiting other members into jedi and the story aspect of Darth Traya and the recurring cycle of betrayal to create a new darth Traya out of the apprentice. Theses two games had excellent thought put into them and it is too bad that this level of story telling has stopped in the star wars games. These two games really signify what star wars is to me and the opportunity of story telling there is in the franchise under the right writers. I wish I could write a collection of movies for the star wars universe. They would have all the mystery and adventure that the KOTOR games have. The story would also have deep layers that people would be able to explore and consider.
Question : did they add some class quests in this dlc ? Or just global quest common for all classes ?
Each class has a specific quest whose quality and interest greatly differ.

Is Darth Knox the character Sith Inquisitors play? In that case if he is the heir to Tulak Hord then ithe game is designed to be played as a Sith Sorcerer?
Not necessarily, the expansion is also interesting to play as a Sith Warrior, who is the Emperor's Wrath for the record.
Your personal class quest actually adresses the issue of being the Wrath and The Emperor also has a special line for you after defeating Revan.
what is with the scars on Revan's face do they have something to do with his mask?
Its when the emperor Imprisoned him in the Maelstrom prison, he was in a force field and his energy was drained trough 300 years so the emperor could sustain him self. Emperor grew stronger while Revan grew weaker.
The scars come from Emperor blazing Revan with lightning before imprisoning him.
That's right. The skin on his body blistered and his mask started to burn onto his face. Some of them But those scars form a pattern. I'm guessing Revan got the rest of his scars after fighting the Imperials in the Foundry, which explains why his armour would also be such a mess.
They should made this game not like MMO, but as singleplayer
I despise swtor for turning true sith from mysterious enemy to another boring empire and dismissing all Kotor 2 did.

It's still Revan. He already died but his dark side stayed with the physical world while his normal light side is that spirit.
