Yeah, as I said above, for me the direct comparison here is with the M series iPads, specifically. I find the Windows reviewers tend to mismatcht he Surface line by lumping it with laptops in general and that is increasingly a bad fit, particularly this gen with the better media, touch and battery life performance of the Snapdragon.
You also get OLED in the expensive model. On the other hand, the SSDs are all user upgradeable, so buy the cheap model and slam in a 2 TB 2230 drive in there.

All these Snapdragon mobile devices and not a single one with a 5G modem. So these devices cannot compete with an iPad on performance, battery life or mobility 5G. At this point ARM are their own worst enemy.
These laptops remind me of ProArt (Asus) or ThinkPads Space Edition ones , and while these sport an Intel or AMD CPU inside ande dedicated graphics like Nvidia or AMD GPU , so everything would run on them as it should , price bracket is almost the same , with somewhat similar other features , like - they are slim , most of them , if not all are bragging about being under 20mm thick , full aluminium body , hi res monitor that is usually oled and touchscreen , 16:10 aspect ratio , light for carrying , 180° hinge opening and somewhat good battery life. Where these Snapdragon one fail is terrible software emulation of x86_64 instruction set and probably more , as for whatever they are made , most of software will utilise CPU + GPU workload and both seem to have bad thermals. So , if you can afford these , you'd be better at buying gaming laptop even if you don't game , you'll get proper running software , upgradeable RAM and good performances overall. If you want good battery life , there's plenty cheap laptops that do the same. Or even spending same or a bit more on MacBooks , they at least perform great.
Mac are not a tablet so I do not know why you bring this. Same for "gaming" laptop. If you want a laptop, Microsoft has it with a Surface Laptop.
What gaming laptop or cheap laptop would you recommend with a good battery life compared to the Surface Laptop?
Coming back to the Surface Pro, what other alternative a laptop and tablet do you recommend?
The holding in fart thumbnail😂
Also oled also draws less power than les
Witcher 3 stutters on a 4090 haha! CDPR breaking computer hardware for many years to come I hope!
yeah this is a pretty sad showing, promising tho in a way. this is def the best attempt at windows on arm so far at least
how so? Because it is not a gaming device? How about all the Mac users?
Snapdragon X Elite 🔋🔋🔋💪

0 coments in a minute bro fell off💀💀🗣🗣🐒🐒

By specs and benchmarks alone absolutely zero reason to buy one of these $200 laptops.
So what do you suggest as alternative regarding benchmarks?
windows arm is trash. the snapdragon is a turtle at gaming. who plasys games at 720p Low settings? may as well get an atari 2600. do not buy this junk.
I do not play games on my laptop or tablet. What other laptop / tablet do you recommend for such a low price? For photo editing, productivity, media consumption...?
