If i was in charge id be looking for everyway to pin down soutta on a permanent. Its just good business, mans an absolute unit. Rak saki is covered by brooks if you ask me, gilchrist would be a lost but again hes covered by shackleton

I assumed Rak-Sakyi would defo be with us for the rest of the season considering the Apparent £4m loan fee we are stumping up. Excellent news with big Harry and i genuinely believe Gilchrist would convince Chelsea to let him stay the season if they did want the recall. My only pessimism this season is not getting Tom Cannon on loan he made so much sense for us and defo think if we wanted him we’d have got him. Assuming nothing changes with injuries etc come January then surely the 2 remaining loan slots we have need to be used on a Left winger and Striker.
I would assume, as I had heard around the time we signed him, if Palace were to recall JRS we would be reimbursed almost all of the loan fee paid. This would mean to me, unless Palace absolutely NEEDED him back, we should have him for the season as the £4m to them for a player out on loan is top business really. Plus the potential for him to then be sold for a higher value rather than him sit on the bench for them, potentially get relegated and have to sell him for a lower fee/keep him with a year less on his deal
Judging purely on the silly money Palace rejected from Newcastle, I don't see why they would recall JRS from us. If they're seriously struggling they'll go out and get someone proven at high level.

We want to leave him with you for the season... but he's very rated by us Palace fans and will have a great year now he's bedding in.
