There have been many times in the past when the Blades have gone to Hillsborough as the underdogs expected to get a caning. The fans have always given them full raucous support, and so often it has paid off for us .... well against the odds. Favourite memory - doing the Hokey Cokey on the steps of the Leppings Lane enclosure whilst the home fans just watched us in stunned silence. Can't do that now of course, which makes the memory an iconic one.

Would have taken any win and result matters most. First half thought we were poor, giving the ball away a lot, passes too slow etc but they came and sat back and did it fairly well tbf. Agree Sausage Rohl is a decent manager but their players are poor quality. Just glad we found that one moment even though we were nowhere near our usual level. They were happy with 'winning' the last three 0-0 and they are almost happy losing to us only 1-0 now 😂 Might be in the same league but the Gap on and off the pitch is pretty big.

I seem to remember seeing a comment somewhere on TH-cam from from a Wednesday fan quite recently, stating unequivocally that Utd fans were not nice and seen as unpleasant by others. Whereas Wednesday supporters were unfailingly pleasant and generally widely liked by everyone. Who knows, I certainly don't and maybe he's right. But it wasn't a Utd fan mocking Baldock's death, it wasn't a Utd fan mocking the death of that unfortunate West Brom fan at Swillsboro the other week. And it certainly wasn't a pair of Utd fans who seemed to think the death of a six year old Sunderland fan who'd died of cancer was funny. It's good that SWFC as a club doesn't condone these acts, and takes swift action to ban them for life. But does it suggest they have a core of fans who are that way inclined?
